A: Hi Becky, Yes, the ZZZ button on the top front of the unit is the snooze button.
Q: Does it with with iPhone 13 mini
A: Yes, if the iPhone 13 Mini is NOT in a case, the coil will not line up properly with the wireless charging coil. But, we supply a spacer IWBTW200-IP12INSRT that will lift the phone and align it to the charging coil in the unit.
Q: Does this come in dual voltage (110-220 volt)?
A: Yes, this unit comes with an AC adapter that works on 100V-240V
Q: Will this iHome timeBase pro+ support a iPhone 15 pro max ??
A: Thank you for your question. The iPhone 15 Pro Max in a protective case does not align properly with the charging coil on this model due to its larger size and it does not charge properly.

A: If the iPhone 14 Pro MAX is in a case, it will NOT align properly with the charging coil due to its excessive size.

Q: The lights that show the digital clock are going out. Why could this be? How do I fix it?
A: I don’t think it’s fixable. Mine did this in less than 2 months of purchase, so, seems to be a design flaw. Every other feature continues to work well on mine.
