This was a very efficient transfer of data from my old computer to my new one. I chose to have the transfer done by Geek Squad in my home since I need my computer at all times. If I had it done there in the store I would have to leave it for who knows how long. This was a good experience and Geek Squad will be a service that I will want to use in the future.

The agent unboxed my computer, connected my printer, transferred all data from the computer, showed me how to use apps more effectively. He was very efficient but made sure all my questions were answered. Very polite and made everything easy to understand.

I set up the hardware for the new computer and initiated some of the software set-up, that is the operations that weren't beyond the scope of my ability. The tech was appreciative of this and proceeded with the arduous process of xfering the files from the old computer and making sure all the programs and safeguards were working properly. I very much enjoyed my time with this gentleman, he gave me very useful tips about maintaining our computer and was very friendly and cordial during the time he was here. I would love to use him again if we have nay hardware or software issues in the future.

I am beyond pleased with the service Robert our tech provided. I have used Geek Squad for many years and will continue to do so. I have never had a bad experience with your techs. Robert got my new computer up and running very quickly and did a complete data transfer without any trouble. I am beyond pleased and happy. Thank you!

The data transfer from my old computer to my new computer went perfectly. Having such services available at Best Buy is the reason that Best Buy is my go-to electronics store.

The hard drive data were transferred successfully to the new computer. I am having trouble finding a USB port to use for putting data into a flash drive. Is there an adapter or another location for the usual USB port? Can Justin come back to help me somehow? Thanks.

The agent installed my HP 27" All-in-One desktop including transferring all my data to my new computer, installing Trend security, office, and connected my printer.

Transfer of data went smoothly. Technician made sure I knew exactly what folders the data was transferred to on my new laptop.

The Geek Squad agent tranferred my documents without any problems.

Agent set up my all in one computer and transferred everything from my old computer . He explained everything I needed to know to use my new equipment. He was patient (I'm a senior), knowledgeable and respectful.

The agent easily set up my new desktop computer and transferred data, cleaned up old files, and helped me organize some of my files. I would recommend the Geek Squad highly!

I really appreciate the great knowledge and service I received. I was so nervous to upgrade to a new computer. I have so many files and photos that I could not lose. Having the in-person service was amazing! So well worth the extra money. I had a smooth transfer, and it didn't take near the time I thought it would!! High recommend!

The tech was very polite and informative. We told him we are not very tech minded and were only updating because our computer can't handle windows 11. He was patient and explained everything. We have not had to call for any follow up questions and enjoy the speed and ease of using our new computer.

Cesar set up my new ASUS computer, transferred all data from my old computer and gave me a brief tutorial on the new Windows 11 features and how to access the various programs. He was knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. I appreciated his professional help and recommend the Best Buy Geek Squad team to all.

Neat, clean and efficient. Polite, knowledgeable, and quick. You can’t say much more about how well things were done.

Geek Squad Tech showed up on time and even greeted me with a smile. He was very self-confident and impressed me with his competence and professionalism, not to mention his friendly manor. In very little time I was all set-up and ready to start using my computer and have been extremely satisfied with the visit.

the agent moved the data from my old (2012) Dell All-on-One to my new one. he was on time, professional, competent, and generally thorough. He missed a couple of items, but that may have been my oversite.

The geek squad is ALWAYS the BEST!!! They are great and are so very helpful and are efficient!!! have had them for 12 years now!!! They are very dependable!! Yes their price has doubled, so thats the only draw back

Excellent service by Daniel. Daniel got everything transferred from old MacBook to new MacBook and all working efficiently. Geek squad to my rescue again. Thank you.

the guy called and said he would be at a certain and he nailed the time to the minute. he sat down with my kid and help transfer all the data from one computer to another for his schooling. asked him question about how he was going to use and configured the machine to his needs -- another great job
