This was a very efficient transfer of data from my old computer to my new one. I chose to have the transfer done by Geek Squad in my home since I need my computer at all times. If I had it done there in the store I would have to leave it for who knows how long. This was a good experience and Geek Squad will be a service that I will want to use in the future.

The agent unboxed my computer, connected my printer, transferred all data from the computer, showed me how to use apps more effectively. He was very efficient but made sure all my questions were answered. Very polite and made everything easy to understand.

The data transfer from my old computer to my new computer went perfectly. Having such services available at Best Buy is the reason that Best Buy is my go-to electronics store.

I set up the hardware for the new computer and initiated some of the software set-up, that is the operations that weren't beyond the scope of my ability. The tech was appreciative of this and proceeded with the arduous process of xfering the files from the old computer and making sure all the programs and safeguards were working properly. I very much enjoyed my time with this gentleman, he gave me very useful tips about maintaining our computer and was very friendly and cordial during the time he was here. I would love to use him again if we have nay hardware or software issues in the future.

Transfer of data went smoothly. Technician made sure I knew exactly what folders the data was transferred to on my new laptop.

The agent installed my HP 27" All-in-One desktop including transferring all my data to my new computer, installing Trend security, office, and connected my printer.

The hard drive data were transferred successfully to the new computer. I am having trouble finding a USB port to use for putting data into a flash drive. Is there an adapter or another location for the usual USB port? Can Justin come back to help me somehow? Thanks.

I really appreciate the great knowledge and service I received. I was so nervous to upgrade to a new computer. I have so many files and photos that I could not lose. Having the in-person service was amazing! So well worth the extra money. I had a smooth transfer, and it didn't take near the time I thought it would!! High recommend!

The tech was very polite and informative. We told him we are not very tech minded and were only updating because our computer can't handle windows 11. He was patient and explained everything.
