Geek Squad agent Michael was great! Everything was done to my satisfaction, hooking up my home theater, explaining the controls and testing the system.

The mother board in my computer died. I took the unit and a back up external drive to Best Buy. They transferred the data from my hard drives and did it in half the projected time. I had signed up for their membership so the service was free. I was unclear about transferring the backed up data to my new computer but in one call, they walked me through it. The Geek Squad is great.

Robert did an outstanding job transferring data from my old PC to the new one; setting up my purchased Windows Home Office; and ensuring my printer was synced. I felt very comfortable conversing with Robert where he talked at my level.
