Q: Is this ionic? Meaning that it blows negative ions for not damaging your hair .
A: I just bought this dryer. It says it has ionic technology, for smooth, shiny, hair. It says it makes hair 75% less frizz. Whether that translates into less damage, who knows? It does the job. I have long hair, and it has been good. My only complaint? I wish it got a little hotter.

Q: Hi, I want to know if it works with AC 110v
A: this unit works for us in a 15 amp AC outlet without issue. you are probably fine with 10 amp circuit if it's not overloaded, but for us most of our main usage rooms (kitchen and baths) are wired for 15 amp service (12 gauge wire w/ 15 amp GFCI outlets near the sinks)
