refused to exchange it stating manufacturer problem. Would not exchange or replace or refund. Watertown NY manager is a meanie! Belittled me in public. I will not be shopping Bestbuy again, especially there!

charges, not reliable for charge and play like it is advertised. So, what's the point? Headset already comes with a charger. If your using your headset and have this plugged in it won't allow you to keep playing. The battery will die and it will shutoff.
