I’ve used many portable chargers, but this one feels surprisingly small and lightweight for its large 20,000mAh capacity. The power is more than enough for home use, and it’s still light enough to carry comfortably when I’m out, making it convenient in both situations. The charging speed was faster than I expected, and the battery level indicator is clear and easy to read. The main reason I chose this product is because it has a built-in USB-C charging cable. It’s very convenient not having to carry around long charging cords every time. If you’re looking for a power bank with a reasonable capacity that works well both at home and on the go, this is an excellent choice.

I got this for my hunting pack! So far im extremely happy with it! Its smaller and alot lighter then my original one ive had for 8 years.Keeps my phone charged in the woods and ive used it 6 days in a row and i could charge my phone 6+ more days before the battery pack would be dead!

This has a huge battery capacity and fits well in the pocket. I am well pleased. I also dropped it from around 3 ft once already and still functions the same.

I recently utilized my monthly Best Buy+ membership privilege to acquire the INIU Pocket Power 20K Portable Power Bank. The price was $11.99 - a figure that, in retrospect, should have alerted me to the fact that I was not purchasing a product so much as I was purchasing a logistical tragedy. The package arrived yesterday. The exterior of the box featured a prominent warning label regarding the presence of a lithium-ion battery, as well as packing tape that loudly warned of its contents. This tape had been bisected by a sharp object, presumably to facilitate the removal of said battery by someone who was not me. The box also exhibited a structural tear, conveniently, happened to be right in line with where the item inside the box had been. Upon opening the container, I discovered the product packaging was present, but entirely hollow. The battery - the 20,000mAh of potential energy I had intended to use for my phone - was absent. It had been replaced by approximately 0.0 ounces of ambient atmosphere. I contacted customer support. The process involved navigating a digital labyrinth designed to discourage the weak of heart. I eventually reached a representative whose linguistic patterns suggested a high probability of being an algorithm masquerading as a human being. I explained that I had received a box of air. The "individual" informed me that because the item was on clearance, a replacement was impossible. This alone makes no sense - was the item on clearance, or did I use my membership perk? Apparently they are one and the same, and in this case it was a clearance item masquerading as a special deal. They issued a refund of my twelve dollars. I explained to the screen that I did not want my twelve dollars; I wanted the ability to charge my electronics while away from a wall outlet. The screen did not care. It is difficult to argue with a refund; it is the corporate equivalent of a shrug. My husband observed me staring into the empty box and asked if I had "tried turning it off and on again." I told him that one cannot reboot a void. He looked at the torn cardboard, nodded, and went to organize his tools. I am now in possession of a very small, very damaged cardboard box and twelve dollars of digital credit that feels like an insult to my time. It is a highly portable item, primarily because it does not exist. I would recommend this experience to anyone who finds their life currently suffers from an excess of functional electronics and a lack of frustration.

EXTREMELY slow with recharging itself or your items. It has taken 3 days for it to charge to 80%. It literally never charged my Iphone to 1% and it does not assist in maintaining a charge on any device.

Great portable power bank. The compact size is nice. Charging speed is quick and delivers multiple phone charges on one battery charge. Ability to connect more than one device at a time is a plus. It is heavier than expected which may be a consideration for some when traveling.

The battery was a life saver on our NY trip. It charged my IPhone 15 Pro Max from 20% > 80% in about 15-20 minutes. It charges quickly no matter where you are as long as you keep it connected and not use it for a moment. We charged our IPhones several times in between for 20% in order to keep running and we had at the end of the day around 40% left. The battery itself charges about AFAIR in about 1h fully. The battery is a bit on the heavy side but it doesn’t matter. The display is great as well and shows the remaining power. It’s worth the money.
