This trash can looks great and it feels like it utilizes all of a 13 gallon trash bag, sometimes they just seem like they bunch up but not with this trash can. It's not really a negative thing but it's something it does, the pedal take a lot of weight to open the top which could be good if you are worried about pets or whatever getting into your trash. It also closes nice and slow. I haven't even noticed a trash smell with a full can, it holds scent pretty well.

Solid construction, didn't come with any dents and the lid closes softly. My only complaint is that you have to step relatively hard on it to open the top which will cause it to fling open. This could just be because it's new though.

Okay, ended up returning it because it had a dent. Too much money to spend on a trash can.
