I was nervous buying this. But absolutely love it! It has a 15min quick wash that is perfect for my laundry. Relatively quiet. Easy to hook up and use! Only downside is only 2 very small wheels. Hard to catch good angle to move machine. But my clothes are so much cleaner than laundry room in my complex. Spins very dry and then I hang on a rack for couple hours. Highly recommend!

This washer is absolutely amazing for small apartments! Such a good price and does a great job washing. You can fit a decent amount of clothes in one load even though it’s smaller than a regular washer. Saving me so much money at the laundromat! I just hang dry everything so it’s perfect if you don’t have a hookup for a full sized washer/dryer.

I've been using this washer in a vacation condo for two years and could not be more pleased. It actually washes clothes better than my full size home washer. It holds more laundry than I was expecting, such as complete queen sheet sets, or multiple shorts/shirts. I stubbed out hot/cold connections in the bathroom with quick disconnects (see photo), and it drains into the bathtub, so using it is a breeze. Using the existing casters didn't work well, so I put it on a small wheeled platform that I bought on Amazon.

Washes great and the spin dry feels like it almost dries the clothes. Fits perfect in my small apartment. Quiet and even has a fast 15 min wash cycle. Fits a good amount of clothes.

Perfect size for laundry room in my apt. Easy hookup. I'll use any wash cycle and spin. The spin cycle cuts drying time.

Wow, this washing machine is everything I’ve ever wanted in my studio. I like all the different washing features and how easy it was to set up. It is somewhat big which might be a con for some but it works great for me because I have an open kitchen. It hooks right up to the sink and drinks into the sink. I bought this paired with the magic chef dryer. I’m in heaven

I've had this washer for 3 years or so and it has been amazing. I'm sad to see that it is no longer being made because I can't imagine a more perfect washer for tiny places like our duplex. It washes like any other washer but its compact so fits less clothing which is exactly what we needed. It is also pretty.

So far so good. After 3 weeks of use the washer is great for an apartment. Is very quiet, you can load a regular person use of clothes from one or two weeks. Bed sheets also fit in this washer. There is a 15 min wash that is great for gym clothes or daily needs. It is bigger than I thought. I am very happy with it.

I got this during COVID, as I did not want to go to the shared laundry room. This was affordable to me and is a great help since. I was worried about the setup, but it was pretty straight forward actually. I did not have a wall-mounted hot/cold washing machine water line. So, I decided to go with the Sink-water inlet and draining. The washing machine comes up with the mountings that are necessary to attach the water inlet to the sink tap. But remember, in this method you can only use one water hose. So, the way I use it is to keep both hot water and cold water running on the tap and just have one water hose attach to the washing machine that supplies the mixed water. I hope this does not sound too complex. I have also attached an image to clarify. Moreover, the washing machine does an excellent job of cleaning the clothes along with rinsing them nicely. I mostly use the "extra rinse" feature though which in total makes the washing cycle about 65 minutes. For me, this is an excellent compact washing machine that I would highly recommend.

I love my new washing machine. It fits nicely into a space in my kitchen it’s small machine but so efficient. it washes a nice size amount of clothes. The price was good for my pocket. I recommend this machine. I just love it

I love this machine, it’s amazing. The rinse cycle gets my clothes so dry you almost don’t need to put them in the dryer. The washer itself is much bigger then it looks online but still very compact.

Smaller than I thought it would be. Had one that was 1/2 size of regular machine. This one feels like its 1/4 size. The drain hose doesn't stay in place while draining into my sink so I have to put a weight on it. Perhaps if it were draining into a non builtin counter sink it would be better.

This lil machine is a tank..... definitely worth the money spent holds a nice amount of clothes for a single girl in the trailer park no complaints

Purchased and still haven’t been able to hook up due to getting specific hardware! Buyer beware: Best Buy return policy sucks so this have only 15 days to return/exchange or have any help with delivery damage. Thought I purchased this from Home Depot with a 90-day policy... unfortunately, not. Now to find out it’s also $50 cheaper. I feel like I bought a scratch and dent headache for wayyy too much money and they won’t do anything about it.

I bought this machine to use with my family in self-quarantine days for my apartment. The body has damaged, it is not a big deal, I can live with it. But when I have a looked inside of the machine, I heard water noise in it. It looks like the some water left already in it. I decided to open pump back of the machine. It leaked dirty water and inside of the pump was very bad. It shows that it is used before not a new! I don't understand why are you sending a used machine to people like new, especially this outbreak days that people have limited access to everything. Unbelievable! I haven't been go to laundry for a while to use this machine in my home, now I am in stuck. I want BestBuy and Insignia to solve this problem immediately.

I decided to go by review of other previous experiences, but for my luck my experience was way different, Very disappointing it doesn't finish the spinning cycle, it only does large loads its already making a squeaking sound "Only had it for less than 2 hours" and in top of all, dented all over. Not what I expected.

Ordered a new one and it came used. Water was in the drain pump and in the bowl. Huge dents all over and it looked like it had been kicked.

I’m a little upset because it doesn’t seem to be working well. I accidentally ordered 2 and they were suppose to pick up the other one so I can get a refund. I was never notified and now it’s saying it’s to late to return. I don’t think it’s right or fair. It is not and was not my fault that they never notified me about coming to pick up the extra washer and return it.

Terrible experience. Ordered "open box" for 30 bucks less, and got almost "open trash can" with dents and metal wrinkled so big that it's embarrassing. The product itself is good, but customer service sucks. Now, when I want to return, there is no chance to do anything. I have to deliver it myself to the store which is not that easy in New York CIty. Thanks for a nightmare customer support.
