Q: Is this an ALR (Ambient Light Rejection) certified screen ?
A: It’s brilliant white. Using higher lumens is can overcome ambient. I’d recommend looking for one specifically reducing ambient.

Q: I’m using where I can’t mount to the wall. Could this be hung from a rafter using cable?
A: My opinion is when secured to a wall, that would improve flatness and plumb. Also wall would eliminate any possible racking and would be most stable not allowing movement. It could hang from rafter and any breeze like walking past it will cause it to move if not secured. Free hanging may allow it to rack a little causing corners to be out of focus. The screen is flexible coated pvc sheet secured with perimeter rods and about 80 small high tension springs. Since it’s under some tension and the frame seems pretty stable but I noticed moving it to the wall after assembly. It seems it could be twisted a little out of plane.
A: No, we do not sell a screen cover. To protect the screen, cover it with a piece of cloth or plastic.
Q: Can you use this screen for ultra short throw projectors ?
A: Yes, you can use this screen with most projectors.
Q: Does this fold or roll up so we can get it down a staircase?
A: Yes but you have to dis-assemble the entire screen
