Finally found a replacement car charger for my phone. The Insignia - 15w Vehicle Charger With Micro USB Cable & USB Port (Black) was just what I needed, and even got it on sale..

Although this Model did not receive 5* ratings, it had all the features I was looking for. I'm not disappointed! I love the choice of being able to light the keyboard: a plus when typing in a darker environment. As I haven't used all the "bells and whistles" I can't say much more, other than I am very happy with my purchase.

I looked around and decided this was the best bang for the buck. It is well constructed and the wiring is securely fastened to the charging head.

This proved to be a rapid car charger for my Samsung Galaxy 5 phone. It even charged another usb device when plugged in to my phone. I had bought one off of Amazon and it didn't last two weeks. This has lasted a couple months so far and has been worth the extra couple $$.

Probably one of the better car chargers I have ever bought. Gives a quick charge to my phone and I love the extra port for a friend to plug into. It's a great price and I have been Thouroghly satisfied.

This charger has a couple features (and yes it is well built) that really sold me: first is the secondary USB port at the plug allowing use of a second USB cable, and it has a loooong cord which is extra handy for reaching front and rear seats, if the need arises. Most chargers (especially OEM) are long on price and short on features, this Insignia unit meets the value price AND feature issues with ease.

Bought this as a replacement to another brand charger that gave up. This charger performs fast charging and has been very reliable since day one. It has even been used to quick charge tablets as well as provide power to my Asus Transformer. I've even recommended this charger to friends that had issues with others already.

Even though they cost a little more than a convenience store charger...love the fact that they charge really quickly and the 9 ft cord is also a plus...when they quit carrying them in the store I bought six online through Best Buy so that I would have plenty of spares and a couple to share!

This is a great charger it chargers fast and has a dual port so you can charge two devices at once. The only down fall of this charger is that where the cord meets the adapter it separates and the charge breaks. But, that seems to be the problem with most chargers. Mine lasted 6 months before I had to get a new one, but it does have a 1 year warranty on it.

This charger is very powerful and because the cord is coiled I can keep my phone on a dock and then take it off and use it (not while I'm driving obviously) keeping it plugged in and charging the whole time, without the fear of a long cord getting tangled or caught on something in my car.

Tired of fighting over who or what gets to recharge first? Helpful Best Buy cast member suggested this solution for two devices to charge simultaneously...as long as 1 of them uses a micro USB. Added benefit, I can attach my ancient navigation system's base to it, avoiding its inadequate window mounting.

This mobile charger does a great job in not only providing power and a charge to your Android Phone it has a USB port built in to piggy back a second device to run and/or charge as well. This is perfect for those cars that only have one charging port available. A must have for multiple device users!

I bought this some time ago, and it still works. I get a fast charge in my vehicle, and that's all I needed. If you're going to move it from place to place a lot, a case of some kind is recommended so it doesn't get tangled up in a backpack or purse.

The higher output with this charger makes a real difference. Our factory charger takes 3 to 4x longer than this one. Even with 2 plugged in it charges quickly. The cable is also longer than most and when stretched it should reach your ear in any car.
