Great product! I was a little skeptic about the brand, and also because it did not had any reviews on the website, but still decided to get one. So far, I have been using it for 3-4 weeks and the product is amazing. It does clean the plates, cups, utensils, etc. really good. The dry cycle, does dry your plates, pans, etc. I do recommend it.

This seems like a well designed simple budget dishwasher... It cleans good but I do question the longevity considering the use of string and plastic as part of the door hinge. Frigidaire also makes the same model.

Noise is okay, expected from a cheaper dishwasher. Inner tub and most conponents are is plastic. Dishes hardly ever come out completely clean. Whether we prerinse the dishes or not. 20% of the dishes come out with soap residue left on them. Im using the same soap as i have with 2 other dishwashers and had no issues with those. Additionally, dishes never come out dry even if i use the extended heat cycle. I tried to contact insignia support and got no response.

Insignia Dishwasher. This is a great dishwasher. Didn’t need lots of bells and whistles just a good working dishwasher and it definitely is. It’s super quiet. Dishes come clean and it doesn’t take 4 hours for a cycle to run. No issues with drying the items. Did I mention great price. Been using it about a month. I run dishes more often because it doesn’t take 4 to 5 hours to finish. Definitely will consider this brand again.

Nice upgrade easy to install not too loud..........

Purchased as a replacement for one that digital control panel kept going bad. Small damage issue with first one, Best Buy picked up and delivered replacement quickly and at no cost to us. Excellent customer service. Quiet, roomy machine with basic wash and dry cycles. Everything we need and stainless finish matches the rest of the kitchen!

Good for the price, no issues so far. Only time will tell. The install instructions could be better. There ia a lot of moisture left after wash/dry cycle so I have to leave the door open to fully dry out inside.

I was able to get this dishwasher, and it works fine. I'm sure the dishwashers that are way more expensive do a better job, but this thing does decent. I've always pre rinsed my dishes before putting them in the washer so I haven't had any issues. I used some rewards certificates toward the payment, and a week or 2 later I saw that this unit was on sale at a lower price. I began an online chat with best buy and they told me they wouldn't price match it and refund me the difference because the price match is based on the price after reward certificates. Seems pretty absurd since the certificates are a payment method not a discount. Makes me question ever making a purchase with the certificates in the future. I get to bank points to build up certificates because I use their credit card. Maybe I'll start using a different credit card to build up points elsewhere if this is how they treat that.

Very sleek and quiet. I love my Insignia stainless steel dishwasher.It works amazing and looks great in my kitchen. Plus I got a great deal at the outlet!

I was searching for a quiet dishwasher. I learned the noise levels are broken down to 3 categories. This one is rated 52db. Which is middle of the 3. However it should b rated as quietest. I absolutely love this dishwasher. Can't hear it in any other rooms. It is basic but cleans very well. It comes with the drain hose. You need to purchase install kit separately. Also if mounting to countertop in between cabinets you need to purchase the cabinet seal kit. I was unaware of that until i was securing to countertop. Install is simple.

So far so good , easy to used, noise level is good . Over all I will recommend it

Works great! Quieter than expected, nothing comes out with any food stuck to it, and at an affordable price. Impressed with the Insignia brand.

The installation of this dishwasher was easy because of the detailed directions. The dishwasher's cycle was very quiet.

I love this machine. The 1-hour cycle cleans way better than my old $899 GE, which takes 4 hours and burns through resources. Simple operations - I am highly pleased and can recommend this item. The price is right, the dishes are squeaky clean

This Insignia dishwasher is quiet, efficient, and easy to use. It cleans dishes thoroughly, even with heavily soiled loads, and the drying performance is impressive. Pleased with the dishwasher as it is very similar to my previous dishwasher. The dishes come out clean and the dishwasher is quieter than my old my one . I am very pleased with the Insignia dishwasher.

I have no complaints whatsoever about Best Buy; as a customer, they are always punctual, and the product was available for pickup even before the scheduled date. As for the product itself, however, it leaves much to be desired. It arrived with missing parts - something not mentioned in the product description. After I had already uninstalled and removed my old washing machine, I discovered that the water inlet required a 3/4-inch elbow fitting (at the machine) with a 1/4-inch outlet (for the hose). Another absurdity: regarding the power cord, you are given two loose wires—meaning you either have to reuse the power cable you already had or buy a new one. How much could it possibly cost to include these items as part of the complete package sold to the customer? It was Easter Sunday, so almost everything was closed, but I did manage to find a water connection kit. For the electrical connection, I reused the old cord, as I had no other option. So, think twice before choosing this brand. And to top it all off, even after being installed and perfectly leveled, the washer is leaking from the left side of the door. It’s a minor leak, but I haven't been able to fix it; there are no visible rubber seals, and the door is shut tight, so I have no idea what the problem could be.
