Great compact fridge! The Insignia™ 3.3 Cu. Ft. Mini Fridge is perfect for small spaces. It runs quietly, keeps food and drinks cold, and the door storage is very convenient. I also appreciate the ENERGY STAR certification—it’s efficient without sacrificing performance. Simple, stylish, and reliable. Highly recommended for an office, dorm for trucks or extra fridge at home.

We bought this for extra fridge storage and it works very well. It was also far cheaper than other fridges. It was also easy to set up. Just note this fridge does not come with a freezer.

Perfect little refrigerator holds a lot of extra stuff drinks Jell-O yogurt, pudding, beer, and etc.. Slides right under my countertop. Love it.

This small size refrigerator was just what I needed for my office space.

I have certain stuff I eat and have too stretch out my juice in take because I’m pre diabetic, so I bought this fridge to put in my master bedroom too keep my drinks in it and it is perfect and keeps them very cold. I can’t wait for summer nice cold drink in the summer time

This is my 2nd Insignia mini fridge as I also own a 4.4 Cu Ft model. For my needs in my office, I absolutely love it as I no longer have to leave my room to get a drink or snack. Being 3.3 means it can fit just about anywhere you want for easy convenience. The mini fridge is well packaged and protected in a study box to prevent damage and once you are where you want it, get ready to remove a TON of tape. After that is all said and done, I decided to load up all my drinks to see how the capacity is and if you look at my pic, it doesn't disappoint. Then again, I mainly drink bottle waters and some canned sodas. After plugging in for the first time, I set the fridge in between low and med which is around 35-40 so I make sure my drinks are literally ice-cold. It did not take long at all to cool. Just like my 4.4 model, this one is also SUPER quiet when running. This being a huge plus as I hate the normal humming of a regular full size fridge. Another bonus is that you will never have to defrost this fridge as there is no freezer option. If you need something for a small room, office or maybe for the garage filled with drinks/snacks, take a look at Insignia. They have never disappointed me and their products are great.

Packaged well and protected with Styrofoam sheeting. Unboxed, remove all tape, check level, and plug in is really the only setup. The refrigerator looks good, with gloss black, and fits into any room. The door is easily reversible. Plugging in I was impressed how quiet the compressor is when running. The sides get warm, I would think that is where the condenser coils are located. This makes for a very small compressor compartment. There is a little condensation tray above the compressor that doesn't seem to be removable. The manual states condensation, or ice formation - which should defrost between the cycles of the compressor running - will drain into the pan. The shelves are removable and can be positioned at different heights. There is a “crisper” drawer for vegetables. The door has different racks and “cubbys” for different sized drinks, even tow liter bottles. I put a thermometer in the refrigerator and it went down to 35 degrees quickly. When I opened the door and stocked with some beverages, I noticed the back wall “sweating” with condensation. I closed and waited to see what the temperature would level out to. Checking again, the condensation had frozen and the temperature had actually risen. Working with thermostat, I am trying to get setting to about 35 degrees, without the issue of a lot of ice formation. To check this, I turned off, let it defrost, and dried out. Then re-stocked, left door closed for over 24 hours. I found that when setting the thermostat to “Med”, the refrigerator stayed around 35 degrees. I am careful to only open the door briefly, and not often. Still there was condensation, which continued to freeze on the back wall. So, this may require an occasional manual defrosting. It continues to keep beverages and other items cold at about 35 degrees, but it seems the ice will not permanently defrost. Of course, turning the temperature to higher settings would correct this, but recommended temperature is 35 to 38 degrees - and for beverages and food preservation, I prefer to be on the low side. Possibly, the addition of a small blower or fan to circulate cold air and help evaporate ice, would be a good addition.

What makes a good mini fridge? It should have a mix of door trays for drinks, modular shelves, adjustable temperature, energy efficiency, and blend into the room. This mini fridge accomplishes the basics and goes a little bit further - while not being too noisy either. The glass shelves are great - it provides a nice refined look, visibility of your full fridge, and there are multiple levels that the shelves can be slotted into. Those who plan to use this fridge mostly for drinks and one or two larger items can maximize on space and quickly grab their go-to drinks. The door provides quick access to a 2-liter slot and a plethora of can slots. There's nothing better than being able to unload a 12 pack of soda and and store all of it right in the door. With the 12 pack safely unloaded, there's still space for your 2-liter of choice and a little bit of extra rail space. This will be ideal for most mini fridge users. The adjustable temperature and full energy efficiency is what most people need and perhaps overlook. Inefficient compressors will turn devices like this into a power hog, but the energy star certification on this device keeps your total cost of ownership much lower than the old mini fridges of yesteryear. The temperature can be adjusted from 32 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit, and I don't imagine most people plan to put this fridge onto its coldest setting - but you have the option, which is all that matters. Coupling all of this together with adjustable feet for uneven ground levels (cement basement floor, anyone?) and a sleek design that blends into almost any aesthetic - and this becomes a compelling product. The value is top tier, which is what I expect most out of Insignia products. The goal is to have a product that does all of the basics, with a few small extras, and do it well. This mini fridge nails that general philosophy while having a compressor that isn't crazy loud. If you prefer to have peace and quiet in your office, you may not want the monotone rumble of this small compressor - but it is expected to have a little bit of noise added to any room with a mini fridge. This little fridge gets my full recommendation. The basics are fully covered and done well, leaving no gaps for my personal needs. I think you're all going to find this fridge delivers value, efficiency, and a modular layout at the right price.

The Insignia - 3.3 Cu. Ft. Mini Fridge with door storage and ENERGY STAR. Certification in white fits in every way the reason that I requested it. This item is well packaged and blue taped to keep all the moving pieces in place while being shipped, but it was also white taped along the hinged edge, too. I did not initially see that tape, and when I tried to open the door, bingo that was the reason it could not fully open. I am moving to a new office and thought that this would be great a great addition to either put in the main reception area where clients could get drinks while waiting to be seen, or in my private office so I do not have to go to the kitchen's full-size refrigerator for stuff. First, it is so much better than the standard "dorm type" mini fridge with all types of compartments and shelves that will efficiently store all types of items. Second, it is free-standing and is not dependent on sitting on something so that it is at a more comfortable usable level Third, this is a very quiet running motor when it needs to run to cool the inside contents and that is a real bonus for me in an office setting, no matter where I ultimately wind up putting it. In fact, If I would think that I needed another one, I would definitely re-buy this size. Fourth, the door can swing either way, the one that I received had the hinge on the right side and swung to the left. Fifth, the legs are adjustable for stability purposes and can be adjusted to level. Sixth, at the bottom is a small crisper type of compartment that tilts out when accessing it. The only issue that I have had happened when I first set the thermostat to medium or a little past that, creating a little bit of frost on in a small area on the back wall. I am assuming that the Energy Star rating will make keep the electric cost to run this refrigerator at a minimum, but that factor did not really affect my rating, but it couldn't hurt matters either. I think this a very good find.

Insignia has been a great value brand by Bestbuy and I have been having pretty good experiences with the brand. The fridge is of medium size, and it is a very practical one. It has individual compartment to store 12 cans of sodas on the door side of the fridge. The trays are adjustable to provide more clearance for taller items. The trays are made of tempered glass, so they are sturdy enough to hold heavy items such as a gallon of Apple Juice and some other items. There’s also fresh fruit and vegetables compartment on the bottom. There's no freezer unit so this is not the fridge intended to store ice cream, nor can it be used to make ice for drinks. I have been storing my sodas on the fridge, and I've been very pleased drinking some cold ones. The default setting is enough as the soda is not too cold to drink. The appliance is expected to use 260 kWh of electricity each year, with an estimated annual energy expense of $36 according to the label. It has automatic defrost and I don’t have the need to do any defrosting so far. This fridge is ideal for a gaming room or as a secondary one at home.

This mini fridge is compact yet surprisingly spacious, cooling drinks and snacks quickly and quietly. It fits perfectly in a bedroom or office, uses little energy, and looks sleek. Shelves are adjustable, temperature stays consistent, and overall performance exceeds expectations for its size, making it a great value purchase option.

This is a good little fridge. After unboxing, plugging in, and loading it up with some beverages, they were all nice and cold by the four-hour mark with the fridge coolness set to Med(ium) on the dial. There is no freezer component in this fridge, but that also means that you will NOT have to defrost it yearly. Leaving the shelves in their default location isn't bottle-friendly...as you can see in my posted pictures, not even a 16.9 oz water bottle fits on any of the shelves when they are kept in their shipping configuration (without lifting the shelf, placing the bottle, then letting shelf drop back down again). If you plan on storing bottles, you will either need to take 1 full shelf out or rearrange the shelves as necessary (or lay the bottles flat?) Speaking of the shelves, there are 1 inch gaps at the back of every shelf. Depending on what you store in the fridge, if the item is smaller or has a tendency to roll it could fall down behind the shelves, except on the bottom self, which extends all of the way back. The door has a mix of 12 oz barley soda can holders and some area for upright container storage but is likely only deep enough for a pint-sized bottle of milk. The fridge that I received had a scuff/scrape on the bottom left side of the door. Not a huge deal but check your unit out after receiving it and return/exchange it if something like that bothers you moving forward. For the light inside the fridge, it is a small bulb that you would have easy access to remove & replace whenever it burns out. If you are looking for a smaller fridge for a dorm room, garage, wet bar, etc. that doesn't have a freezer, this unit should serve your purposes just fine.

This 3.3 cubic feet mini fridge is super quiet! You barely notice that it’s running at all and I have no doubts that it operates as energy efficiently as Insignia claims. It came very well packaged with the glass shelves and drawer securely taped to prevent movement and the door taped shut as well. It’s countertop height with an easily reversible door. Mine came on the left, but there was no issue switching it to the right. There are also adjustable feet on it, if you should need them to get the mini fridge level. The door has 8 slanted can holders, 2 shelves in different sizes, and a bottom ledge with a sway bar to hold larger, wider containers. The 2 glass shelves slide in and out easily so you can adjust them as you see fit. The bottom shelf is fitted around the condensation drain in the back so there’s a slight dip in it. The fridge also has a small crisper drawer that tilts outward when open that can hold about four 16.9-oz water bottles. If I had a complaint, it would be with the placement of the shelf tracks. Neither of the shelves have space tall enough for taller water or drink bottles without adjusting one of them and losing space for other regular size items. And for some reason, assuming to do with airflow inside the fridge, Insignia designed the tracks, so the shelves don’t go all the way to the back, which also loses space. Overall, it’s a good mini fridge that is working well in the family room, and the fact that it operates so quietly gets all plusses.

THIS… Is the Insignia (a bestbuy brand) 3.3 cubic foot mini fridge, a medium / dorm size refrigerator with a seemingly endless supply of storage at an honestly really good value. Lets take a look and see just how good this mini fridge is! About 6 months ago my mini fridge died on me after several years of loyal service, taking the milk, yogurt and snacks with it. Since then… I have had to dreadfully go all the way down the stairs to my kitchen fridge… a tough situation that I knew I just had to get out of. So let's take this puppy out of the box and see how it fits in! Out of the box, this is your average dorm sized refrigerator if you just cut off the freezer that would be stacked on top, so it is pretty good size! That being said, it is countertop height with ample room up top to place small appliances and blend into the surroundings. I am placing this on carpet, so I will have to use the feet on the bottom to level it and… not bad! You also have a door that is able to be switched to open from either direction. Popping open the door for the first time, you are greeted with a warm hue light, a manual temp dial and all the storage you could possibly need inside. There are 3 large shelves with a slide out bucket at the bottom in traditional fashion. The middle slides up to make room for larger items such as milk, which will be perfect for my 11pm cereal run (now minus the stairs). The door is where this mini fridge gets really fun! It technically has ‘7’ shelves, however, 4 of them are almost exclusively for soda cans allowing you to tuck 8 into the door. The other 3 are perfect for condiments, wine, and all the small things that you would otherwise lose to the shelf monster eventually. Overall, this isn’t the most designer mini fridge with all the flashy features. It is a well organized energy star mini fridge that won’t cost you a thumb to get. I could honestly live out of this easily, and the removable tempered glass shelves make cleaning this fridge really easy. It also has auto defrost so you never have to worry about coming home to a brick of ice in the back. This is exactly the match for my needs, and what I wish I had in my college dorm room.

This is the 4th or 5th Insignia refrigerator I have owned in my life. We had one of their small beverage coolers, but wanted to get one that had a little more space so we could put more drinks in there. This one looked like it would fit the bill perfectly. Out of the box, it looks like your basic dorm room fridge on the outside. Completely black and the front doors are textured a little bit. It appears to be very solidly built. It has the ability to switch the door swing to whatever side you want to. There are also adjustable feet on the bottom to help make sure you can get it nice and level. Inside there are 3 shelves, a very small drawer, and then there is also storage on the door as well. In the door you can easily fit a couple bottles of wine or a ½ gallon container as well (see picture). One small thing I don’t like about the shelves is that they don’t go all the way to the back of the fridge. If you push them all the way in, there is a 1½” gap between where the shelf ends and the back of the fridge (see picture). If that wasn’t there, you could go 4 cans of soda deep on the shelf instead of only 3. Not sure if it was designed that way for better airflow or what. But that’s a small gripe. Other than that, we found that we were able to fit a ton of drinks in there if you plan to use it for a drink fridge. I think it would also be perfect for a dorm fridge as well to keep food in. We were easily able to get it down to 34 degrees inside, and there was still some room to go on the dial to make it cooler. Overall, it’s a very solid refrigerator, and I have do doubt that it will give me many years of worry free operation like all my other Insignia refrigerators have.

Don’t walk, run! This is the best mini fridge ever. It makes no noise. And has different settings you can put it on. Has excellent storage and a side compartment to keep drinks. If you put stuff in the back it’ll freeze. Good buy overall!

the Insignia 3.3 cu.ft fridge is a solid, spacious little fridge. When its running its not very loud, almost forget its there. There are 2 movable shelves among 3 levels. Without having a freezer, you can fit much more in her. There is a lower shelf and drawer. the lower shelf is only about 2/3 the depth of the fridge and then meets a curved ledge that runs as a drain for condensation. the upper 2 glass shelves don't go all the way to the back, there is a slight gap. it'd be nicer if the temp controller was a little higher up so cans could clear below it. given the gap above it to the ceiling, this could have been done The drawer isn't too big, it fits about 4 water bottles laid down as seen in the picture. To give reasonable references i filled it with cans. Height wise, i think the shelf distances could have been tweaked a bit more. If you want to put something the height of an aluminum can on the mid level, you cannot put items as tall as a water bottle on the bottom. so if you move the mid shelf up a spot, you can but now lose the ability to insert cans on the mid level. It could make sense to put flatter items like eggs, tupperware, etc on the mid shelf in that case the bottom shelf, while the same depth as the upper two, has the back end taper down into a drain for condensation. so if you're wanting to use the full lower shelf, you'll want things in the back that don't need to sit flat, they will fall over as a drink fridge, its pretty good. in the pictures included, there are 60 cans plus the drawer and spot in the door with the water bottles. you wont' want to put normal cans there because the little bar can sway which could cause cans to fall out overall, great size fridge but took a star off for inefficiencies that are simple enough they should have factored in
