The 3.5 cu ft is roomy and surprisingly quiet. I have it located in a Florida room where I have a TV. I use the freezer to hold meats and fish. So far, I am very pleased. I barely hear the compressor when it is on, and it does not interfere with watching TV. The internal light under the top is very convenient.
I am very satisfied, beautiful. it works very good. The freezer freeze all my meat. It’s convenient. It’s nice and small for me. Just what I want. I can’t ask for nothing else. More or less. Thank you.!!

As the case for so many others, my freezer is dented on the side/corner. The box was perfectly intact, no indication of any damage inside. Short of returning it to the store, I was unable to find any way to contact the store for a remedy. The freezer itself I like very much. It’s roomy and so far is working very well. It’s also very quiet. I also like that I can use it as a fridge if needed. Best Buy will not be my first choice of retailer going forward, however.

I purchased for the garage but i found space in the kitchen instead because with cost of food its great to have especially for the Bogo. She's super quiet had to open make sure its working. I bought this to store extra meat in, when I first saw I was worried it would be to small, but I was wrong. It's small, compact, and fits good in a small space but it holds A LOT! I bought it because I purchased a 1/4 cow and it only filled it about half way so I was able to store more than what I intended. The light on the top is a nice touch. Definitely a good purchase.

I absolutely love this freezer! It’s just the perfect size! It has plenty of room for all the extras that won’t fit in my small fridge freezer. It’s lightweight, easy to move around, & doesn’t take up much space. The best part, which I didn’t even notice when I bought it, is that it also has a place on the temperature dial where you can dial it down & use it as a refrigerator instead of freezer! That will be very nice if I decide I need extra fridge space instead of freezer space - awesome!! I’ve had it for a month & it works perfectly!! I may even get a second one, one for freezer, one for refrigerator. Get one! Do not hesitate!!

The freezer has been holding steady at -1° for the couple weeks that I've had it, and it's nearly dead silent (more so since it's in the garage). The hold is deep and the whole thing was set up and running from box to floor in a few minutes.

The reason for the poor rating is that the item was damaged when it was removed from the box. After repeatedly contacting customer service to try to get a pricing adjustment I have been given the run around.

I am very happy with my 3.5 cu ft chest freezer. We wanted a small freezer as we've found a larger one tends to just collect extra food that doesn't get eaten. Has a side basket that we use to make extra ice cubes, very convenient. Just big enough for frozen pizzas, the largest items we typically freeze. Has a light in the lid - very helpful. Small enough to easily move around and a convenient height to use as a temporary work surface.

Its a freezer that works and completely worth the price. Bought it due to its affordability, availability and it's size. I didn't want anything that big because i am not willing to sacrifice a wall for a freezer. Its one of the most adorable ones that i found, specially when it was on sale. I bought 2 due to needing 2 for different locations. For reference, i have 2 turkeys, 5lbs of chicken breast in a bag, pint of ice cream, and there's still room. Its good as a supplemental freezer and if you need more you can always buy the bigger ones.

Works well, keeps consistent temps below zero. It is pretty quiet, although when the compressor kicks on you can hear it if standing right next to it. A lot more space in just 3.5 cu ft than you might think.
