Q: How do I exchange/repair this under warranty? It totally died after less than 4 months use.
A: I had the previous version die on me. I Went to the store with it and showed them the booklet that comes with it, in the back it says it has a one year warranty and store personnel can determine if it qualifies. I was pretty adamant about it and wasn’t gonna leave until it was taken care of. User manual online should also have it.

Just what I was looking for
We have a side-by-side counter depth refrigerator with little room in the freezer for larger items. So, we didn't need a huge freezer and looked for one at a lower price point that would fit in the garage without taking up a large amount of space. This little freezer fit the bill. I can finally fit a slab of ribs in the freezer. We have had it for a few months now and it was worked great as well as been quiet, but it is in the garage.

Best small chest freezer
I purchased the Insignia 3.5 cu. ft. Chest Freezer a few weeks ago, and I’m very impressed with it. The size is perfect for small spaces, apartments, or even as an extra freezer in the garage. It holds more than I expected — plenty of room for frozen meals, meat, and bulk items without taking up too much floor space. The freezer is very quiet while running and cools quickly once plugged in.

Perfect size
It works perfectly and is just the right size for the small corner it's in. It holds a lot more than I thought it. Overall, this was a great purchase
