I love this washer! The delay feature is just one of the many reasons. There are lots of settings, the lid is see- through, which I find appealing as well large capacity, quiet, has child lock, everything is easy to read and navigate. The tub is deep and you can wash almost anything. I thought the agitator would be a hindrance, but I don't mind it. It may not be a high-end washer but it performs very well and you can't beat the price. I definitely would recommend buying this washer.

I wanted to wait at least a month in order to write my review, so here it is. I like this washer it was on the cheap side in price and that’s exactly what I was looking for since my washer and dryer is located on the outside of my home and did not wanted to expose a nice fancy one outside. Even though the Insignia washer was affordable she has been good to me. This Insignia washer top loader replaced and LG front load which I has for a while. For a long time I wanted a top loader with an agitator. At first I was a bit concern with the movement of the agitator since it goes sorta slow not like the old school ones that go fast. Even though that was a turn off I still had some faith in this washer. The Eco Autosensing was annoying becauae id something is not well balanced it will give you an error code then you have to go and fix the clothes and let it continue washing. Very annoying if you were to leave do errands and think that the load is completely done and you come back to an error code ughh. Water levels are fine you have the option to add more water for heavy soiled clothes or heavy duty blankets. The size of this washer is pretty decent I can fit one of my really thick blankets with no problem. It doesnt shake or make horrible noises. Easy to dispense your detergent and softner. Overall the Insignia washer does a great job at washing, I got the hang of the off balance error, doesnt shake or make noises. Dispenses enough water. Very affordable and simple to use. So Yes I definitely recommend this washer.

This is the first washer I have ever purchased on my own, I live on the second floor of my apartment and Best Buy delivered it and placed it inside as well as the process being great with giving you a call when they’re about to arrive. The delivery guy, also was friendly he even suggested tubing for my dryer if the one I purchased didn’t fit properly. I have so far had it for a day and one thing I can say is that the washer is very quiet, it doesn’t make a lot of noises and it was very easy to set up, especially since I have never set one up on my own before. Another thing is the inside is very spacious and can fit a lot of clothes in it, even bigger items like sheets and comforters.

I've been in need of a new washer since September 2022. At that time I read alot of reviews for all the leading manufacturers for their washers. Frankly it concerned me about all the negative reviews. Didn't want to spend $800-1000 for a problematic new High Efficiency washer. So I purchased a used washer. It lasted only a couple of months, now back in the same boat. In shopping for a new machine came across this Insignia washer. Reasonably priced so I gave it a shot. Have had it 2 months and Very Happy with it's performance, ease of use, and it's not that noisy. It has a button that allows for extra water if desired. Multiple settings for type of washing cycles. Although the manual does not explain the differences in the water temperature settings, a little searching revealed the difference between Cold & Tap Cold, also Warm & Eco-warm. Nice options to have. Also the Start Button doubles as the Pause button which allows you to pause the Cycle operation so as to add softener, bleach, or additional items that you may have forgotten and once lid is closed the cycle continues in the exact same spot w/o restarting which seemed to be a complaint with other manufacturers.

You can't go wrong with this washer. It's cheap and just works. Easy to use. Just put your clothes in, put your soap in, close the lid, hit power, pick your cycle, press play. Dings when it's done. No stupid "smart" features that cause unnecessary issues. Owned for 2 months. Best $400 i ever spent. Big enough to do blankets. Uses very little water.

Bought this almost a year ago, with the matching dryer. Still runs great, NO problems & washes everything but comforters, thoroughly on the first round! Water bill is only about $11 more a month and my Fiancé does loads of laundry basically every day! Easy to maintain and Easy to use. For $1000 Including the 3yr geek squad plan on both, this set was the best purchase Ever!

Love my choice! Just enough options to make my job easy, but not over the top. Perfect options selection. Plenty of tub space - never short of room for whatever size items i put in to it. Easy to operate and aleays does the job well!

Was a bit skeptical at first since it's not name brand, but the price was so attractive i couldn't pass on it. Also bestbuy has an amazing waranty. Even after addi g a 5 year waranty it was still cheaper than the competing name brands. This washer is an amazing value. Ive had zero regrets. Works like a charm, is super quiet, it washes super fast.

Upgraded to the Insignia 41 Cu Ft washer from a thirty-year-old Hotpoint and couldn't be happier. Easy to operate, clean and fast install by Best Buy, took the old one with them, very satisfied. Been using the washer for a month now, it was a refurbished unit and is working properly and a whole lot better than it's predecessor.

Very good washer and Im happy I got one with the agitator. I was afraid the capacity would be a little small, and was actually very pleased that I could easily fit bulky items and bedding inside with more room to spare. My only complaint is sometimes while washing my bath mats or my comforter, during the time its supposed to spin and drain, it sometimes will stop and display an error code. This isnt a huge issue for me as I am home a lot and can easily adjust the item and press play again. I can see how this could be annoying for someone who throws a load in before leaving for work only to come home and find the item is still wet. Other than that, love the washer and very happy with the purchase!

Excellent washer. Never had a quieter washer. Haven’t got any off balance error codes, and I’ve washed everything including comforters, and pillows. Gets your clothes super clean. Easy to use.

The machine throws the clothes off balance so that the barrel bangs off the side and the machine tries to come out of the laundry room. It stops and wiggles them to try to move the clothes around, but once it tries to spin, it throws them again. Eventually, it will error out or fill it back up with water so that it takes several hours to get one load done. If I pause it to spread the clothes out by hand, it throws them all to one side as soon as it starts up again. It is balanced. I check it all the time. It does not work the way it should. It’s beyond frustrating!! I spend an hour pausing it and trying again and again and again. I have to babysit it. And it makes me crazy because I still can’t get it to work. We even tried to ring out the clothes by hand just to make them less heavy. Like it’s insane because we own a washing machine. It just doesn’t work. The pictures are of a small load just a few things. The first picture is me spreading them out. The other pictures are a few times after it tried to spin them again. The machine throws it off balance! It’ll do that for any size load unless it’s so huge that things can’t move. But we just don’t have that many clothes all the time. But it’s the only way to get it done. And when I say so huge I mean you have to pack it down in there so nothing moves. Like two full laundry baskets. If you just put in a full looking load, by the time it soaks it in it will be half full, and then it will all pile up on one side and not finish the load.

I love this washer. It works great and holds lots of closing. It's very quiet and very efficient.

This is a very good washer for the price. It is very attractive and has a nice physical appearance. This is a very affordable washer and very easy to use. It is a little noisy, but not to the point where it's an annoyance. Great product for the price.

I just purchase this washer after my old one died, and I have to say I am impressed! This washer has a big tub, it’s quiet and does a real good job at washing the clothes. I have 3 boys at home, and had about 3 days of laundry ready for this washer to tackle. It did it with ease. I got the 5 year protection on this in case anything went wrong, which is worth it for any appliance like this. I definitely recommend this washer if you are looking for an inexpensive but good one.

Very good so far, not sure how it cleans like it does, seems like it uses no water. Machine runes quiet, close come out bright and clean! Very easy to use. No complaints so fat

Great bang for your buck! Washer is quiet and easy to use. I love the multiple settings it has. Can hold a lot of clothes and get them clean! I’m able to wash my comforter without going to the laundromat :)

After moving 1700+ miles, I purposely chose to buy my 2nd Insignia washing machine to replace the one I had. It has proved to be a superior appliance. It is a large capacity machine, and handles washing blankets, several coats, towels and bulky items extremely well. The spin cycle spins clothing almost dry! I love all the options, and that I can choose "more water", extra spin, whatever the load requires. It's a bit noisy when it self levels the load and agitates, but I don't care at all due to the fact that my clothing is clean! Love, love, love this machine! 5 stars from me ☆☆☆☆☆
