Perfect washing machine for my New York apartment I have a very small area to put the washing machine and it fit perfect. I am able to attach it to the kitchen sink and faucets when I use it. I am impress how big the washer is and fit a king size bed sheet and comforter. the washing machine is easy to use and have multiple setting. My only complain is that the noise that makes when washing and I think is normal.

I’ve now purchased three sets of insignia washers and dryers for my three properties with my first set having been purchased tgree years go. I have not had a single problem with any of them, the washer can handle decently sized loads, they’re pretty quiet, and it they don’t use a lot of water or electricity. As far as basic appliances I honestly prefer these over GE, Amana, and LG basic version.

Best washer I’ve ever had. Not loud at all. Doesn’t use much water. Clothes come out good and clean. Has several setting to choose from. Doesn’t have the center piece that tangled up clothes!!

Great Washer ….. and super efficient !!!! The only thing I would nag about is the duration of the wash cycles …..the cold motion technology is AWESOME !! But again time is the issue

I Love my new Insigna washer. also like the fact you can put a delay on the washer. Plus the automatic wash time for each wash. I also like the fact it was very affordable.

I bought this top load washing machine to replace my side little washing machine is a great value. It looks just like the Samsung ship is cheaper.

I ordered The insignia washer 4.5 cubic because I have a big family. I received this washer June 29 at 7:30 AM in the morning and at 8:30 AM in the morning I started my first load a clothes. The washer never started I could not get the washer to wash a load of clothes I called geek squad I called Best Buy I called insignia and no one could get this washer going at the end of the day I ended up having to go into Best Buy and return the washer and get a new one LG the 5.5 go ahead and spend more money because insignia product is the waste of time money and energy.The worst part about the process was dealing with geek squad and insignia insignia didn’t want to address there was an issue they wanted me to Call geek squad which was very upsetting. I will say the Best Buy in Fairfield Township Ohio did give me good customer service and they rectified the situation and I am a satisfied Best Buy customer this is my fifth purchase from that Best Buy this year.

Love this washer! I bought it in May 2021. Thought I did a review & I must not have. Really great washing machine & budget friendly! Have had 0 problems & it washes so many more clothes than my old!!! Highly recommend. Also have the matching dryer & I love them both!

Good high quality washer clothes are clean and smell fresh

I love the large tub on this washing machine. There is not agitator which makes it even better. This is an easy to use machine. I began using this machine for the delivery drivers had left the driveway. The cycles do take longer than on a machine with an agitator. The machine is not whisper quiet either, but it is not as loud as my last machine (a stackable which sounded like a jet plane taking off). I like the variety of cycles available from colors to whites to bulky. I can even rinse out the machine. It is easy to add the detergent, softener, and bleach. This is a good machine. I like the locking lid with the see-through cover. This is a good machine. It can handle large loads with no problem. If it was quieter, it would be a home run. I am very pleased with this machine. It is a workhorse.

We had a LG washer we purchased from Home Depot back in 2015 with gift cards from wedding gifts. The washer still worked but would frequently imbalance and I was tired of telling my wife to load less clothes. I saw this Insignia washer on sale and read the reviews which were heavily favorable. I paid for the haul away and the necessary drain pipes needed. This washer is visually sleek, taller than it is wide. There are multiple wash cycles to choose from which should cover every possible load you have. Once a cycle is started, the washer does this little dance with the load to determine the size and how much water to use. Ok, now that you have the background, the main thing is this washer does a great job of...drumroll....washing. I'm strange in that I actually enjoy watching it do it's job. It seems to be well engineered as you can see the water come into the soap dispenser and fabric softener dispenser to be carried into the tub. Your clothes will come out clean and smell fresh and it really does a good job of spinning to leave the clothes only slightly damp. My only negative is there seems to either some water hammer or loud bangs on the rinse cycle. I adjusted the inlet valve and it's not nearly as loud. If you are on the fence with this unit, I suggest you swing the other leg over and buy it! A real value when on sale (which it seems to be frequently).

I am currently an employee of BestBuy, this review is my own and in no way influenced by my employment. I purchased both the insignia washer and dryer. We went from a front load washer to this top load. I really like these units, well... as much as a man can like a washing machine and dryer. I do find the washing machine loud, but in saying that, standardly I find front load units to run quieter, and that top load machines without agitators do seem to make more noise. The price at the time of this review is comparable with the lower priced top load units which start at $630. The drum is deep and without the agitator can hold a lot of bulky laundry. And with the water plus option it makes it great for soaking for laundry stripping.

This washing machine was everything I needed! I've been using it non-stop since I got it 4 days ago and it hasn't skipped a beat. It EASILY fits a king comforter along with shams. Granted, the washing time may be a bit longer than older machines, BUT it doesn't leave my clothes wet, so that means shorter drying time. It's not one of the "big name" brands, but man is it great. I hope it never breaks because the way it's helping my family's constant laundry problem is amazing! I love that it's taller, because as a 6ft tall woman, I don't have to reach so far down to get clothes off the bottom. My strappy undershirts are getting caught up and the straps broken because there isn't an agitator. And I don't know what type of magic washing it does, but months-long set in stains are getting out. I love it!

Great washer in size. Very tall so short people will need a step stool. But it fits my king comforters and cleans everything well! It is a bit noisy, but doesn't bother us. I would buy it again, good value.

Aside from being a little noisy, it works very well!! Settings are good for washing a variety of clothes and its very user friendly.

I have bought Insignia brands and they hardly ever failed me. This is no exception. For the price, it’s a steal. High performance and capacity is surprisingly good. It can handle a small load to a king size comforter with ease. A little noise when washing, but who stays in the room during the wash anyways. I Also purchased the matching dryer to which did not disappoint. Good products and at a Best Buy.
