Customer Ratings & Reviews

I was looking for a good and affordable TV and can't be happier! Set up was super fast and smooth! Very user friendly. Colors, image quality and sound are perfect (at least for me) and also the TV itself is super lightweight. I got it through Best Buy app, fast and secure and the picked up at my local store. I am enjoying every moment with my new TV and super happy with Best Buy experience. Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this television given the exceptionally low price. I purchased this to replace an old TV in the gym but the quality is so good, it looks better than our main television. It was easy to affix on the standard wall mount because of its light weight. The TV comes with a Firestick that works flawlessly. I do wish the Firestick allowed me to control the volume on my external speakers. That would make the system perfect.

Great tv. Needed a new tv after an old one broke and this one is perfect. Instead of using the fire stick plug in, it is the Amazon fire stick all in one. Easy to set up and log in to all the apps. Quick process when downloading apps too. Nice quality screen and a great large size too. I’ve had no issues so far. Highly recommend if you like Amazon tvs.

This tv is very nice and worth every penny! If you have a previous amazon account from any firestick device it will give you the option to link them without more than 3 steps. The setup was pretty simple two legs come with the tv. A flathead screwdriver worked for us. The sound it very quality and turned up all the way feels like a sound bar. The settings are easy to access. You can't turn the Tv on without aiming the remote but the remote has a great feeling to it. Batteries included. Delivery was done well no damage. The screen is BEAUTIFUL in my (Jim Carey voice). I get amazed every time im watching my shows and movies because it feels like a mix of 3D and XD at the movies.

I have plenty of the insignia TVs. They are very easy to use. I love how the home screen looks more modernized hear it like the fact that you can search for streaming apps and also connects with antennas to pull in the local channels. I love the size that it is, so if you're in a big room, you can see the television. My only gripe is that I prefer the ports on the sides for easy access versus train to connect cable cords in the back of the TV which is prevents, due to the wiring not bending as well to fit up in the little grooves

I was skeptical about this TV but I thought I'd bring it home and see it in my home. Set-up was easy and it does everything I can ask for. Picture is great and the smart TV OS is easy for everyone to use. I have nothing I can say I'm not happy with. Great value and purchase.

Incredible tv perfect size for smaller rooms. It makes the room feel bigger. The quality is amazing the 4k hdr10 makes everything look the way it was filmed. The apps work great and quickly. The log in through Amazon and having the ability to transfer from fire tv to a a bigger version and all my preferences were saved was very impressive truly an unbelievable value.

Great picture. The set up was easy. Since it is a Fire TV the pairing of my Polk Audio surround sound was seamless. I had a Roku tv and the set up and pairing was miserable and worked infrequently. No so with this tv. I like the voice command feature as well. I am very pleased. This is the 4th Insignia Fire tv I’ve purchased. I would by another.

I recently purchased the new Insignia 50-inch LED TV, and I couldn’t be happier with it! For the price, I honestly didn’t expect too much, but this TV has far exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is crisp and vibrant, with colors that pop and a nice level of brightness even in a well-lit room. Streaming shows and movies looks great, and the sound is surprisingly clear without even using an external speaker. Setup was a breeze – I had it out of the box and running in less than 15 minutes. The interface is very easy to navigate, making it perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to deal with complicated menus. And they also paid a month subscription for Apple TV and Fubo tv. It has inbuilt Alexa that you can just speak to control the entire tv without a remote For such an affordable price, this TV really delivers. It feels like I got a premium experience without paying a premium price. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly 50-inch TV that still offers great performance, this Insignia model is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

Nice price and good quality.Afternoon Families, In Innovative Thinkers, students are working on creating their own animated film using the FlipaClip App. Students started this project last week and have all week in class to animate/design. Please encourage them to show you what they have created! Also, this is due Monday, May 4th at the end of class. Additionally, please check Home Access Center for any missing work or updated grades. I will accept any missing bell ringers or incomplete projects next week. Some students are at risk of falling below a 60% due to missing assignments, and they have been reminded in class. Next project is coding LEGO cars! As always, thank you for your support! Have a great week, Macy Cummings 6th Station Message

I'm absolutely thrilled with this TV! The 4K picture quality is stunningly crisp and vibrant, making every movie night feel like a theater experience. The built-in Fire TV interface is incredibly fast and intuitive, giving me seamless access to all my favorite streaming apps without any lag. Setting it up was a breeze, and the sleek design fits perfectly in my living room. For the price, this TV offers unbeatable value and performance!

Great price and picture as well as sound! Price was low and install easy. TV is light weight and easily fit on our console. Pickup was fast and efficient. I am surprised as to the quality of the TV speakers and do not need separate sound bar.

Love this brand. Sometimes it moves slow but other than that it’s excellent. Great quality and easy setup. It has all the apps I use and more.

I absolutely love my new Insignia tv. It’s perfect for my bedroom. I had a wonderful experience with customer service at my BestBuy location. They were super helpful and knowledgeable about the product I purchased.

I’m not the biggest fan of the picture but what can you expect for the price? my main problem is that when i bought the tv i purchased it because it said i could airplay. After having the tv and air playing twice it stopped allowing me. The option is still in the settings as well but i can’t click or control it from my homekit app anymore.

It is a great TV but I knocked a star off because the tv powers itself off when i pause a show for longer than 15 minutes and I find this very irritating. Everything else about the TV seems to be great. The picture quality is great, the low price was great, and the fact it connects perfectly to my Mac mini is also great. The speakers are pretty good. I only need to turn the volume up to 10 so I can hear it.

I bought the Insignia 50" F50 Series TV as a birthday gift for my mom, and it has been an absolute winner!  Setup was quick and painless. The built-in Fire TV interface makes navigating all her favorite streaming apps simple and intuitive, so she didn't have to deal with a steep learning curve. The 4K UHD picture quality is crisp, vibrant, and clear, making movies and shows look fantastic.  If you are looking for a reliable, feature-packed Smart TV that offers top-tier quality at a great value, I couldn't recommend this model more. My mom is thrilled with it!

...don't be. I purchased this thinking it would be a "cheap alternative" to get me by in a spare bedroom and quite honestly, this has now become my main TV. If performed and connected immediately right of of the box, and simple and light light enough for one person to handle. The picture is great and did not even need adjusting but all features are simple and intuitive to work with. If you need a TV that won't make your bank account scream, this one is IT!!!

As a family man who loves to watch movies and tv shows with my wife and kids in the bedroom, we had to go back for a second Insignia. We had one before this that unfortunately gave out on us but because of the ease of use and how well it worked we didn’t want to try finding something different. Now I can admit that the first went out because of bad location but now that we have this one in place we know won’t let it get damaged, we’re confident that this one will last longer. Our favorite part of the day is when we can finally turn on our Insignia, ask Alexa to find our show or movie so we can unwind and enjoy.

I just don’t know how you could get a better tv at a better deal! Picture quality and sound are both very good. This is the second of these TVs I bought; this one for the bedroom, the other in my living room. Super easy for one person to setup, even at 50”. They even improved the leg installation over the other tv I bought previously; made it easier and mistake-proof. I needed this one raised so I could watch it in bed, so I bought a mount - and it connected easily. Yes, I would whole-heartedly recommend this tv. In fact, I have already recommended this tv to others.
