A: From leg to leg is 35" I had to go to the store to measure as I wanted to make sure it would fit on my TV stand
Q: How long is the warranty on this Insignia?
A: I highly recommend Best Buy's 3 or 5 year warranty that you purchase from them. If the TV does not work or has problems, they either fix it or give you a new one--no boxing up, mailing off, etc. And this warranty is good at ANY Best Buy store!
Q: Is this a smart TV where it's capable of accessing Hulu Netflix and such?
A: No, but an easy way to make it a "smart" TV capable of accessing Netflix, Hulu, etc., is to plug a Roku stick (or Google Chromecast or Amazon Firestick) into one of its HDMI ports on the back or side of the TV. Plus, the stick is portable; you can take it to the beach, lake, hotels, etc.
Q: Does it have a light to indicate if tv is on or off?
A: Yes. It has a small red light in the bottom corner when on.
Q: How far apart are the two legs/stand for the TV
A: The legs are mounted about 35-1/2 inches apart. The tv is quite stable on them.

A: I have great sound. You can always hook up an inexpensive surround sound if you are picky. Mine is great for entertaining without external extra speakers.
