This is the first dryer I have ever purchased on my own, I live on the second floor of my apartment and Best Buy delivered it and placed it inside as well as the process being great with giving you a call when they’re about to arrive. The delivery guy, also was friendly he even suggested tubing for my dryer if the one I purchased didn’t fit properly. I have so far had it for a day and one thing I can say is that the dryer is very quiet, it doesn’t make a lot of noises and it was very easy to set up, especially since I have never set one up on my own before. Another thing is the inside is very spacious and can fit a lot of clothes in it, even bigger items like sheets and comforters.

I absolutely love this dryer!! It dries faster than any of my previous dryers and it’s quiet, good capacity and all in all it’s a pretty great dryer. But honestly didn’t know I’d I would like it since I totally go with the big brand names when it comes to things like this, but I would highly recommend this dryer top any one!

Bought this almost a year ago, with the matching washer. Still runs great, NO problems & drys everything on the first round! Electricity bill is only about $15 more a month and my Fiancé does loads of laundry basically every day! Easy to maintain, Easy to use, didnt even heat the apartment up super bad in the summer! For $1000 Including the 2yr geek squad plan on both, this set was the best purchase Ever!

This dryer is in great. No problems and it has been a year with me. It is also more silence than other dryers I had in the past. Works well and leaves clothes dry in one cycle. It takes around 50 minutes which gives me time to do other tasks around the house while it dry my clothes.

I had this dryer exchanged for a Samsung dryer that I purchased that wasn’t drying my clothes completely. After delivery and set up, I noticed the dryer had two minor dings on its side, but I didn’t call customer service.... it still looked ok. The functionality use of the dryer was on point. Clothes dried after one cycle...... no problem very easy to use. No complicated buttons, just a nice easy load of clean laundry. Will be buying BestBuy Insignia house brand again in the future.

I must say im very pleased with my new Insignia washer and dryer. The delivery was prompt and had the nicest delivery guy very informative and helpful as well. They are very big and soqueit you cant hear them running. Outstanding brand.

Great price for the set. Works well. Would purchase again. Delivery left much to be desired, they were delivered in their boxes, one facing the correct way, one facing backwards. Crammed in our laundry area. This caused a ton on extra work on our part.

My old dryer was starting to act oddly. It would beep regularly when not in use. I would turn it off and it would turn itself on again. It was so bad that I regularly unplugged it because I was afraid of it being a fire hazard. This dryer has worked out very well. It's quieter than the old one and the clothes come out very soft and with fewer wrinkles. Glad I made the switch. It's not worth burning my house down or harming the people I love because of financial concerns. Connecting the chord was not a big issue at all.

I love this dryer. It is quiet. The drum is a good size. I think the stainless steal drum is why it dries so well and fast. It has a big variety of optiins for different settings. My only thing I would like to see better is a louder buzzer when dryer is done.

Very happy so far, I got this dry about 2 months ago, can’t say enough good things. Clothes dry every time no just a few more minutes. Easy to clean, easy to use. Control panel easy to navigate, very quiet.

Bought with matching washer as a set. Best Buy had an amazing deal on a great set. Couldn't be happier with ease of use, speed, and quietness of each machine.

Excellent design with in-flow vent holes going all the way around the backside unlike speedqueen and samsung that just have a small heat vent in the back of the drum. Dries most loads on medium heat in 30 minutes without damage to delicate clothes. Very good value and similar co struction materials to speed queen.

Looks good and runs good so far. Very simple to use. Can handle a lot of weight.
