Customer Ratings & Reviews

Great value for the price. I bought this TV for $229 USD during Black Friday, and overall I’m very satisfied with it. The picture quality is good for the price range, setup was quick and easy, and everything worked fine out of the box. One thing I really appreciate is that the HDMI and other ports are positioned on the side instead of the back. This makes wall mounting much easier and avoids bending cables against the wall, which is a nice design detail. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the Fire TV interface can feel a bit slow at times, especially when navigating the main menus. It’s not a deal breaker, but it’s noticeable occasionally. Overall, I would definitely recommend this TV if you’re looking for a solid 65" 4K smart TV at a very reasonable price.

I was looking for a tv for myself and came across this one. I was going to get the 55 but decided on the 65 inch omg I’m in love it’s perfect. The picture looks great and quality is amazing. I’m happy with my purchase and Best Buy was very helpful with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great TV!

Definitely worth it! This is my 3rd TV I purchased. The first one was for my daughter. Very easy to set up. Clear picture. Since then I have replaced th remaining tv in my home with the same brand.

I love it. It put it up in my new apartment bedroom easy and smooth to set it up and it’s loud enough to where i don’t even need a stereo or subwoofer and I mounted it too

Beautiful, clear picture! Easy to program and work!

I’ve been really happy with this TV. The picture looks great, especially for the price, and the 4K resolution makes movies, shows, and sports look sharp and clear. The 65-inch size is also perfect for a living room and makes everything feel much more immersive. I really like having Fire TV built in too—it makes it easy to access all my streaming apps without needing another device. Setup was simple, the interface is easy to use, and so far it’s been working exactly as I hoped. Overall, this has been a great TV for the money. I’m very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a big-screen 4K TV without spending a fortune.

Right size for my bedroom. It fits on my dresser, the color is amazing. The sound is booming and I love it. And having it controlled and connected to Alexa is icing on the cake. What more can you ask for? For me it's nothing. ☺️

This tv is amazing. Got a great deal through Best Buy, caught it on sale. It's huge, has AI, runs everything like Roku, and is insanely fast with a very nice resolution. It turns on/searches with basically no lag, and the voice command with Alexa integrates with YouTube, Netflix, petty much everything. I searched NFL football, and it pulled up multiple options but will find the appropriate streaming service, limit it the one I have, and load it instantly. It's very smart and hasn't gone wrong yet. I've had it a month with zero issues would buy again anytime.

I’m very happy with my 65-inch Insignia TV. The picture quality is clear, bright, and vibrant, making it perfect for watching movies, shows, and sports. The large screen truly enhances the viewing experience and feels almost like having a home theater. The smart system is easy to use, quick to navigate, and works smoothly with apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video. The sound quality is good for everyday use, and overall it offers excellent value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a large, reliable TV without spending too much.

So I saw all the good reviews about this TV on bestbuy.com and decided to go in stores and purchase because of the price point. After setting up and going through all my streaming services it's a little disappointing that Fandango at home does not display in 4k nor HDR. This definitely needs an update to get that app working the way it should, but that's not the only app there's several other apps that are just not displaying in 4k or HDR I hope this is something that they can fix quickly, I had to buy a Roku streaming device to be able to see all my content in 4k HDR a purchase I didn't have to do if the TV just worked correctly, I should have returned it to get the LG but I really like the fire interface so I was crossing my fingers in hopes that they update this TV soon. And as you can see in the photos it says that the scream movie is 4K but no display of HDR but when I'm streaming it you see in the second photo it's only doing 480p SD. That's terrible. I have another insignia TV that Dead this when I first bot it is well but they date eventually updateds and it works as the shood so my only reason of keeping the tv and hopes that they would updated quickly. Now for external devices it displays everything as it should so this is either an fire TV firmware update needed for apps or the streaming apps themselves need to be updated by the individual partners. But when it comes to playing games on it it looks fantastic. Disney plus streaming works fine so it has to be the other streaming platforms cuz The working Man on Amazon prime is not displaying 4K but 1080p. Which on Amazon fire TV not displaying correctly on their own platform is already a let down. So I will recommend this TV because I do think they're going to eventually fix it with some firmware updates but if you're not patient and you want something out of the box to work unless it's just my TV that's having a problem then I will just wait or take advantage of Best buy's 15-day return policy and try everything out to make sure it works.

My first ever tv purchase! Great size, great picture! We are purchasing a 2nd one soon!

I love my new TV . It was easy to set up and is just the tight size. The picture and sound quality is great. I ordered online and picked up at curbside which was very convenient. Thanks Best Buy.

HONESTLY , I loved the product. i also like that its not as heavy as youd think a 65'' would be. great quality!!!

Everyone usually goes with the name brands, but BB store brand Insignia, is just as good: price-wise, picture, and smart tv.

Amazing tv so big and beautiful love it! Fit just perfectly in my living room now it’s like being in a movie theater at home

True to size and the clarity is Great! This added to our family room. Great buy for our family!

This is better than expected. I was skeptical at first as the the price was so low . I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and ease to put it all up . Picture is awesome, sound bar was super easy to setup and I love the Fire TV and the ease of switching from Fire TV to Cable. I also love love love that it works with Alexa all I have to do is talk , perfect. I highly recommend it .

Picture is really clear and the size is perfect for my space.

Lots of great apps, and picture quality is superb. But the homescreen and navigation are very slow and laggy at times. Button pressing can be very unresponsive at certain points. Video and audio go out of sync occasionally as well.

Love this TV the whole family enjoys it ! Works perfectly and its huge for a low price
