A: The description on the web says "Temperature range Okay to use in areas that get down to -4° and up to 109°." However, in the Q&A section, insignia staff say between 50-85 degrees.
A: It took about a full day for mine to get down to freezing
A: Not if you put enough weight on it.
A: I bought the 7 cubic foot freeze a month ago. And have it set at half way between min and max. The temp according to my inexpensive kitchen thermometer is 3 degrees F.

A: About 7 cubic feet which is quite a bit. I have the meat from three deer in mine and still have room for pizzas and such.

Locate the freezer away from direct sunlight and sources of heat, such as a stove, heater, or radiator. Direct sunlight may affect the acrylic coating and heat sources may increase electrical consumption. Extremely cold temperatures may also prevent the freezer from performing properly. Hope this cleat things up!
