Q: Do you take away old TV when I buy new one?
A: The store doesn't. You can give your old one someone who doesn't have a TV if yours still works.
Q: What is the best swivel wall mount?
A: I do not have a swivel mount for this TV because it is so large. But it hangs of the mount I used for my 70", no problem. For its size, it is fairly 'lightweight.'
Q: What is the depth of the TV without the stand? We need to know if it will fit in the cabinet.
A: The TV measure 42-1/2" HIGH and 73" ACROSS. I have it hanging on a wall mount used for my old 70" TV From the WALL to the FRONT of the TV, at the BOTTOM, it measures 5" From the WALL to the FRONT of the TV at the TOP, it measured just a bit over 10" Hope that answers your question
Q: what type of sound bar would be best with this TV?
A: It depends on the quality of the sound bar. Talk to a tech selling them; quality varies. The sound of the TV itself is OK, but not "crisp," it has a fair amount of base. I would not choose a low-end sound bar, as you will be disappointed. If you have a large 85" TV you want a good quality sound bar to match. I do not have a sound bar, and the sound is OK. I would like to get a good sound bar in future to complete the theater effect. Hope this helps a bit.
Q: Can you connect from a laptop to this TV wirelessly?
A: I am not sure. What I did, I connected it with an HDMI cable and use a wireless keyboard and mouse. Works great.
Q: is installation free of charge?
A: I bought mine at Best Buy and purchased a 5 yr warranty with free Geek squad assistance ($130) I would recommend that because some people have questions about the quality of the parts inside the TV. I believe, with that purchase, you get free installation. You will have to ask the store when you are buying it.
A: That is true about paying for quality. I was cautioned about this TV because they said the parts are sourced from various facilities so the 'quality' cannot be guaranteed. Some quit after 2 years, some live on. However, TVs evolve quickly and your $1800 85" a few years ago is now much cheaper. My unit has excellent picture quality which surprised me, as I thought as you do. To overcome the worry of the TV breaking down after 2 years, I purchased a 5-yr warranty at time of sale, which will probably outlast the TV, so I will get another under warranty. The warranty cost me $130 for 5 yrs. I got the TV on a Black Friday deal for $550. Go figure, eh? That long warranty removes any worries I may have and any hesitancy to buy it. It's great if you are a sports fan and watch games. I use mine primarily as my laptop's monitor, plugged into the TV via HDMI cable and then use a wireless keyboard and mouse, and sit 7 feet away; TV viewing is simply a bonus, but the picture quality is fine.
Q: What's the native refresh rate?
A: I'm not sure about the refresh rate, but it gives a great picture and no disappointing glitches. I am very pleased with it. I would recommend purchasing the 5-yr warranty at time of sale. That will reduce your worry considerably.

Exceptional TV! Watching HD sports is crisp & clear & makes you feel like your actually in the game due to its size-(Many guests have stated this while sitting in front of it). I’ve noticed no lag or glitches & in 4K the picture is insane! U wont retreat purchasing this tv just be sure your room is large enough for it & get a sound bar or surround sound set up-(TV speakers are average)

This 85" Insignia Fire TV is impressive for the price. The picture is bright and clear, with sharp 4K resolution that looks great for movies, sports, and streaming. Setup was straightforward, and the Fire TV interface makes it easy to access apps and switch between content. The size truly transforms the room into a home theater experience without the premium price tag. Overall, an excellent value for anyone wanting a large, easy-to-use smart TV.
