Q: My standing desk can only go down, and can't go up. What should I do?
A: At the lowest position, press and hold the down button (longer than 5 seconds) to reset the lifting system. When the lifting system bottoms out, rebounds, then stops, the reset is successful.

A: I purchased this Insignia Adjustable Standing desk and knew I needed a keyboard tray due to how short I am. Typical rails for keyboard trays are 17inches. There is a cross bar on the bottom of this desk at 13 inches so unless I can find a different style keyboard tray this is not going to work despite a previous answer that said you can mount a keyboard tray on it.

Working from home
This desk is just what I was looking for. A reasonably priced, quality electronic sit stand desk. Dimensions are ideal, love the black color, very well built and sturdy. Quiet motor operation and easy assembly with great instructions. Best value around for this feature set.
