Q: My standing desk can only go down, and can't go up. What should I do?
A: At the lowest position, press and hold the down button (longer than 5 seconds) to reset the lifting system. When the lifting system bottoms out, rebounds, then stops, the reset is successful.

A: I purchased this Insignia Adjustable Standing desk and knew I needed a keyboard tray due to how short I am. Typical rails for keyboard trays are 17inches. There is a cross bar on the bottom of this desk at 13 inches so unless I can find a different style keyboard tray this is not going to work despite a previous answer that said you can mount a keyboard tray on it.
