A: The wrist straps do not need to be removed when installing. The grips themselves will need to be removed when changing the batteries though. I cannot comment on the Carry Case fitment.
Q: Do these work with Quest 3?
A: No they do not. They cover the Quest 3's IR lights and therefore the controlers will not track with them on. Plus, the Q3 controlers are actually a different shape/design (slightly, but enough so they are different)
