I recently purchased this case for my iPhone 16 Pro Max from Best Buy, and I’m very impressed. The fit is perfect—snug without being difficult to put on or remove—and all the cutouts align flawlessly with the buttons, speakers, and charging port. The material feels premium, offering a good balance between a soft grip and a sturdy, protective build. It adds minimal bulk to the phone while still giving me peace of mind if I accidentally drop it. I have long been a fan of iPhone cases that include a MagSafe Ring the doubles as a stand. This one from Insignia is great and comes at a reasonable price. It isn't the thinnest case but that's because it provides a good amount of protection. Having full MagSafe compatibility for all my MagSafe accessories is a must for me, and having that MagSafe ring also serves as a kickstand is very useful. As far as protection goes, this case provides great protection. It has a raised lip around the face that even if you lay your phone on the table screen down it will be protected. The camera area also has a raised bezel to protect your camera lenses. The case is thick enough to offer cushion in case of a drop without being overly thick. Buttons are all covered (except the new camera button that requires touch ability) and are easily used the same as without a case. The new camera button is accessed via a cutout in the case - it's good enough especially since I don't use that button much myself, but I wish the cutout were a bit wider since if I am using the camera button you need to slide your finger across it and extra room for that would help. Still it's not bad. The back of this case is a matte finish which I appreciate because it doesn't show fingerprints like a glossy case does. And this is where the MagSafe ring that converts into the kickstand is. Somehow, they manage to get that on there without really adding any bulk to the case. This is not the thinnest case available, but it's also not overly thick - it's the same thickness as any standard protective case I've used. I also like the fell of the sides of the case which are grippy enough to not slide out of your hand but also not so grippy as to make it hard to get in and out of your pockets. Overall, I really like this case. It adds great protection to my phone, is fully MagSafe compatible, and has the cool kickstand feature built in which I love.

The case is a very functional one and it is well made. It does not feel cheap as the material is smooth and of good quality. The frosted black color does a good job in concealing the true color of the iPhone so you may or may not like it. As I have a few other cases, this one offers me a good variety if I want to change the look of my iPhone. It does not feel slippery when holding the phone so that’s good considering that both sides of the case are smooth. I have confidence in the case to protect my phone as the front rim of the case is slightly higher than my iPhone screen. Charging the phone is no problem as the mag safe ring does the job really well. I use a charger that mounts the phone horizontally and the case has good grip to stick the phone on the intended position. The mag safe ring also doubles as a phone stand and it works okay. There’s no way to swivel the ring so that it can hold the phone in horizontal position but it does a good job as a kickstand for both vertical and horizontal position. The case feels slightly heavier than a non-kickstand one, but I don’t mind the tradeoff of having the kickstand. Overall, this is a solid case.

For a cheap case, it’s not bad! The case is mostly silicone (other than the metal, magnetic ring that can fold out for a kickstand), so gripping the phone is a nice solid feeling. You don’t have to worry about it slipping out of your hands, unless you try spinning your phone around your finger with that metal ring… The kickstand is a nice added feature, and seems solid enough whether the phone is in portrait or landscape orientation. Overall, like I mentioned at the beginning, not a bad case!

Bought this one when the 16 max came out just because there was a limit on other cases. Waiting on the Sahara. This case hands down was and is better..the kick stand was a big plus. Case is sturdy , slim and best of all the new camera button on the side is protected unlike the other cases. Cant beat the price piont either!
