Q: Do the lenses still work with a phone case?
A: No it doesn't work with the iPhone 6plus. Case or no case It doesn't work.
Q: Can you use the led light and the microphone at the same time?
A: Actually, you do. The light doesnt need to be plugged to the 3.5mm jack to work. You can plug the mic and turn on and hold the light with your hand near the phone.
Q: Does this kit work with a Nexus 5X phone (Android)?
A: It does work with almost every phone with the exception of the iPhone 7 and up because of the use of the lightning port rather than a regular headphone jack. You would need the headphone jack for the mic and LED light adapters in this kit. The lenses and the stand work for any phone. Tripod holds my iPhone 6 plus so it expands large enough for bigger phones.
A: There are many phones that do not have macro, wide angle and fisheye lenses, so they are a nice add-on. The LED light is extremely bright and has 3 settings for brightness which provides a nice option for low light photography. It is also self powered which does not drain the phone battery.
Q: Will the phone be able to rotate up,down, left, right?
A: The tripod that comes in the kit allows you to position the phone at the correct angle. You can even set it up and rotate it a bit up and down to get a good video. Might have to turn the entire tripod if trying to get a panoramic photograph but small range to rotate left and right. You just have to be mindful of the weight of your phone when positioning it.
Q: Does this kit work with Samsung note 5?:
A: Yes, tho kit works very well with the Samsung note 5. With the iPhone, this kit, doesn't come with an iPhone aux accessory addition, so in order to use the microphone and the led light you have to use the extension that was given to you when you bought your phone, now if your like me, I've had to buy at least four extensions since I've bought my IPhone 10 months ago.
A: No, this will not work with the Note 9 as the Note 9 has a screen bigger than 5.5". This cannot be used to mount a camera to a tripod mount.
Q: Will this kit work with a Pixel XL?
A: Yes i has a large enough grip to accommodate the pixel XL
