This is a very accurate oxymeter at a good price. Gives accurate reading every time. Convenient to use and easy to carry when traveling. I will definitely recommend this product.

Good little machine. Sometimes it falters if you move at all. Also shove finger in until you feel the little lip inside. If you're hands are cold it will misread as shown in the pic. Tells you when your finger is out and has auto shut off. Must push the power button on top to start.

I use it at home. It is very accurate and tje oled display is awesome

Stopped working abruptly at month 5. It displayed an ERR 7 message, which apparently means that it will no longer monitor. Don’t buy this!

Quality made product. Easy to use. Seems to be accurate--I have compared it to my doctor's monitor by checking results on this unit when I get home. Only complaint is sometimes it takes a little too long to get the results--but that could be user error.

Quick and easy to use. The readout is easy to see. I lacks some of the bells and whistle of more expensive (and more complicated) units that will upload your data to your doctor or to some app, but that's what made this a good choice for us. Just pop it on and it's ready to work.

I couldn't be happier!! I needed something to measure my pulse while mostly jogging and sometimes just walking briskly. Was unsure the pulse oximeter would be stable enough while jogging as the instructions said to be still while getting a measurement. In my experience, being careful to keep my arm and finger still and letting my feet do all the work the meter seems to do excellent with only normal deviations and no dropouts. Thank The Lord I didn't have to buy a smartwatch, just a simple little meter. Problem solved! Its also right on the money on accuracy. I also have a blood pressure cuff/pulse device and this pulse/oxlmeter and the device are very close together. Thanks for a fine product and great customer service at the Meridian, MS Best Buy

It's pretty simple, and does the job. Easy to read, quick to read your 'vitals'. And perfect size. I can easily carry it in my purse, or put in my medicine cabinet without it taking up a lot of space.

Works easily, pretty accurate and gives peace of mind. Worked well for family during covid and use it everytime someone gets sick again. I bought one for my stepfather and I thought it was broken. It wouldn't register his readings, he passed away a few days later. Cold fingers and pack of blood flow won't register is my guess. Gives same results as the one I purchased last year. Works on my 8 year olds little fingers. I Would buy another one again.

Great little device for quickly checking heart rate and oxygen saturation. Works very fast and is accurate.

Great monitor for someone who has breathing problems and want to know how well they oxygenating there body. Price was right. Bought in a grouping of medical devices of B/P, thermometer, and scale. Place it on any finger and press the start button the machine does the rest.

Very useful and easy to use. If you have COVID-19 it is must have product at home. Accurately shows oxygen level and the rate of heart bit. With this you can be sure is it the time to go to Emergency Room or you are ok and do not need to go to Emergency Room. In one word it keeps you calm and relaxed. More over all doctors offices are using this product.

Perfect gadget to monitor heart rate and oxygen levels. My son, and myself, are asthmatic and it is a very helpful instrument in monitoring your oxygen saturation. I work in a hospital and compared it to the monitor system we have at work and they totally matched. Perfect especially when you have young ones at home that need this type of monitoring.

We bought this to use on my elderly grandmother. Most of the time the readings were not accurate. It would read extremely low, but then would read accurate for me and my family. Overall, this is an affordable pulse ox to have on hand, but I would not recommend for those with poor perfusion or who always have cold hands. Despite trying to warm my grandmother's hands, it still struggled to give us an accurate reading.

This is a relatively fast and for the most part accurate device. I compared it's reading with the one at my doctor's office and it was spot on. Best bang for the buck BUT the batteries don't last long - just makes it slow to boot up.
