Q: I set it up according to the directions, and it's been charging for days. I took it off the charger and it won't work. The charging light is blue at the bottom, but there is no light coming from the top. I've made sure I rotated it till it fell into place

A: Says 16 hours but mine never charged enough to use it. Returned it.

A: You some needlenose pliers grab ahold of the Cork and run the opener in opposite direction

Q: How does this recharge. Do you plug in the base? is it a usb plug in?

A: Plug charger in outlet, place opener in charger base.

A: The device is standard outlet 120v

Q: I bought this about 1 year ago and it stopped working. It will not pull corks anymore it is fully charged. It will still release corks.
