A: I am experiencing the SAME issue. We have no way to use the purifier because we cant find a replacement filter any where. I dont know whether to be more angry with Insignia or Best Buy. Im definitely leaving reviews all over the place though.

A: I just received these filters and there is a terrible smell like burning plastic.
A: I can't find replacement filters from any source. Beware the measurements shown in the Best buy website are incorrect. The original filter is 11.75 inches high and 8.9 inches in diameter. Instead you can clean your"disposable" HEPA filters. Several YouTube videos describe various methods for cleaning the filters.
