I have a very old 2009 Sony Bravia TV and the tv remote just suddenly didn't work one day. It's the one and only TV at home. I needed a remote control right away so went to Best Buy at once as my go to! I know Best Buy always strive at their best. Everyday! The Sales representative recommended this product. I am glad I trusted him because this remote was so easy to connect and pair with my existing old Sony TV with no issues. Easy to set. It is light and fits in the hand nicely. Insignia products are designed and tested to meet high standards of quality and functionality. Buying the Insignia Remote Control resulted to an exceptional quality at a very reasonable price. I am so happy this worked and I can still use my old 2009 Sony TV.

A quality product: a solid feel, not a cheap product. It doesn’t have the same key layout as the original Sony remote (see photo), being more of a universal remote. Many function keys are in different locations and labeled differently, but those differences are easily found. Purchased as a Sony replacement, it was already programmed for my Sony TV, immediately useable - no setup at home needed. It is also ergonomically better than the Sony, making it easier to hold and use. Very good at a good price.

This Insignia replacement remote works like a charm directly out of the box. It connected to the Sony tv right away and it even had the presets programmed for the alternate streaming services such as Netflix so not set up was required by me.

Was able to use right out of the box with my Sony TV and Sony sound system. Easy to use, no need to program or put in codes.

I have a 65 inch Sony Bravia 4KHD Tv and I needed a replacement remote. A staff member in electronics recommend this remote and I couldn’t be happier. There is no set up or programming needed. Just put the batteries in and use it.

Excellent replacement remote already programmed all you have to do is take it out the box it works right away no programming. Bought it as an open box item.

I bought it for my Sony screen. Very easy and simple to use. All I had to do is insert batteries in and it was ready to go. If you find yourself inside the store clueless unable to decide then this is your go to remote.

Came out the box pre-programmed for my 65” Bravia. Find the buttons slightly less responsive and clunky compared to the Sony factory remote. However, very similar design and layout to the original remote. Use my Xfinity remote for most things anyways , so really not going to be noticed as much. Funny thing about this remote, it came with 50” TCL TV on delivery to my doorstep. Another customers order and brought back to the Eagan store to redistribute to a thankful Manager :-)

The remote is a commendable replacement to the original remote that came with my TV. It plays well with my TV, though it is missing a few buttons and features. Also, it's a bit more clicky than the original remote. Otherwise, it's perfectly fine.
