This was an affordable option to protect my brand new phone that just came out. It protected my phone very well, however I have since moved on. The grip of the silicon just didn’t work for me. It made it difficult to get in and out of my pocket while on my mountain bike rides. If this is not an issue for you then this is a good case

I would highly recommend this case. Since iPhones can be very pricey, it is an inexpensive way to protect your phone in case of accidental falls. It has a solid, hard cover which is much better than the silicone cover I had used on previous iPhones.
