I am very pleased with this TV stand. It is solid, sturdy, and easy to move. The color is great, too. The TV stand is just the right height, depth, and length for my 42-inch TV with extra surface space of seven inches on each end to adjust the physical position of the TV legs. The shelves are spacious, also. If your TV is 50 inches, then it should fit fine too. If it is 55 inches, then I recommend you do some measurements of the distance between the TV legs so that the TV fits securely on the top of the TV stand on each end. It took me about two hours to put the TV stand together because I read the directions thoroughly. They were easy to understand and the pictures were very helpful. The tools that I needed were a full-size Phillips screwdriver and a small hammer. If you are looking for a wooden TV stand, then this is the one I recommend you consider buying.

Just perfect for what I needed. The grandsons helped me put it together and no problems whatsoever with alignment, wood splitting or other things that have happened with other preassembled furniture. It looks very nice, too.

This was the perfect size for my equipment. Power conditioner, Xbox, AVR and a spot for a separate amp. Great quality too!

Had a friend put it together, but he had no problem. Looks very nice and is a good height with a 50" TV.
