Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’ve been really impressed with this stabilizer so far. Setup was quick and the app paired with my phone easily. Once everything was connected, the stabilization worked great and made my videos look much smoother compared to just holding the phone by hand. The tracking feature is also a nice bonus. It follows movement well, which is great if you’re filming yourself or recording content without someone behind the camera. The build quality feels solid but it’s still lightweight enough to carry around. Battery life has been good for my usage and it’s easy to recharge. I also like that it can double as a small tripod, which makes it convenient for filming hands-free. Overall this is a great tool for anyone who records videos with their phone, whether it’s for social media, travel, or everyday filming. I’d definitely recommend it if you want smoother footage without complicated gear.

I love using this for filming my training videos. I love the tracking capabilities. I just wish it was a little easier to turn the trancking on myself using the back camera. And i sish the battery had a longer life. But otherwise its great. I love the builtin tripod legs.the photos are showing how well the tracking works. I love that it will track the dogs too.

Before purchasing the Insta360 Flow Pro, I viewed numerous YouTube reviews. I utilized it for events to generate content that supports my business. I am impressed by its features and have also used it for streaming. I highly recommend it for content creators. It fits in my pocket.

I really enjoy this smartphone gimbal. I started out on a DJI osmo 6 and found that there were features that were lacking. That's not the case here. If you want to use the enhanced tracking features for this device on another camera app you can! ANDROID USERS You will either need to purchase an AI module, or use the app in background mode. But it WILL allow you to turn on tracking for any app on your phone. Super handy. If your on iPhone it seems to work a little more straight forward. Personally, I'm in love with this gimbal. There hasn't been an angle that I can't reach with this. Other phone gimbals don't quite have the same level of movement. Highly recommend it. The only thing that I will say is a little daunting is trying to remember what the buttons and lights are for, they're not very intuitive in the beginning. PS) Can we acknowledge that the Time lapse menus from the DJI app looks ... Eerily similar. Even has the same UI bug.

The Insta360 Flow 2 Pro is an absolute masterpiece and worth every penny of its $159 price tag. For anyone who has ever struggled with shaky hands, this device is a total revelation—it completely eliminates the blur and replaces it with professional-grade stability. It is rare to find a product that so instantly transforms your work, but this gimbal does exactly that, making it effortless to capture truly beautiful, cinematic pictures every single time. It is, without question, one of the best investments you can make for your phone.

There is a pretty good learning curve for using this thing. But once you figure out it out of SO worth it. It works near perfectly when only tracking one person in a stable environment. I bought it with hopes of automatically tracking my kid's soccer matches. It does an okay job at this. I have hopes that it will get app/firmware updates that make it better. I would say it works about 60-75% of the time tracking one player. I have found that tracking the referee works much better (since they are wearing a unique uniform) but this also requires that the ref keep up with the action, so that the camera follows the action. For less than $200, it CANNOT be beat. That's why I give it five stars. Actual performance is somewhere around 4 or 4.5 stars.

Works as design. Great for keeping a steady recording while moving

I’m extremely impressed with this product! The unique approach they’ve taken to teach users how to use it through their app is a game changer. The app is intuitive and guides you step-by-step, making setup and operation incredibly easy, even for beginners. What truly sets this gimbal apart is its seamless integration with Apple devices. The synchronization is flawless, and it enhances the overall experience, making it far superior to other gimbals on the market. This integration truly elevates the product and makes it a top choice for anyone looking to capture smooth, high-quality footage

Works fantastic. I’m a musician trying to document more for social media and it works really great with my iPhone 16 Pro. It’s definitely a learning curve just like any other piece of equipment, but it works fantastically.

I love it. I had a dji osmo that was difficult to use and lacked features. This is perfect for me.

This is my first tripod/gimbal and I think it’s beginner friendly. Just get used to using the buttons and the correct ones to use whenever you’re filming! Can’t wait to use this on my trip.

Love it! It awesome! Easy process…just Download the 360 app and follow the tutorials!

Product is nice so far and only issues I’m seeing is with ability to track on native iPhone cam area app, it doesn’t track well on it where in insta360 app it tracks but sometimes delays, also it doesn’t do 360 barrel roll, not sure on reason

Needs an internet connection to reach its potential. Unfortunately it was of limited use when filming in a location not accessible by internet. Otherwise a promising gimbal for most uses.

On vacation stayed on wouldn’t power off, now won’t power on ..:in the middle of the Indian Ocean and can’t get no support . Can’t return purchase 8/21 and you only have 14 days to initiate a return

This gimbal is a game-changer for mobile content creation! The stabilization is incredibly smooth—even during fast movements—and the built-in selfie stick and tripod make it super versatile for vlogging, travel videos, or TikToks. It’s compact, easy to use, and pairs quickly with my phone. The AI tracking feature is surprisingly accurate, and the battery life lasts through long shoots. Whether you're a casual creator or a serious mobile videographer, the Insta360 Flow2 Pro is totally worth it!

Excellent stabilization, which is best in class tracking. Battery life is strong, getting almost 10 hours of use. I like the built-in tripod, selfie stick, quick deploy system, and magnetic mounting make ut easy to carry and start filming quickly. I do find that the system overheat, and some work on the tripod is needed; not premium quality.

So my son wanted to get the gimbal for his birthday so he can make video. I love the fact that ít cần go 360 and I love the tracking feature

Very cool gimble. There was a little bit of a learning curve for me mainly because I wasn’t familiar with this type of equipment but once I got the hang of using it, it became very easy to use. The insta360 app is also a great place to record into but you can also use the native iPhone camera app as well. I was also using my iPhone with a dji mic and the weight of the receiver did not seem to affect the balance of my phone on the gimble. Also when they say 360° they mean 360°. O would highly recommend this for solo content creation.

Quick and easy to set up. Love how compact it gets as well. Used this at Disney an I was able to quickly open and start shooting at rides and around the park. You’re up and recording pretty quick. The app is also great. I didn’t expect much from it but ended up liking it more than the original camera app. If you like you can still use the original camera app if you like too. Would highly recommend it.
