It’s a really good camera the ai tracking is amazing and the fact it has its own app to control the camera and filters is really good and you can control it from your phone too it’s a pretty amazing camera 10/10

Out of all the items I’ve purchased from Best Buy, this webcam has generated the most amount of excitement. People that I have Zoom or Teams meetings with are very impressed with the video and sound quality, while those that see it on my desk attached to one of monitors comment on its small size and sleek look. It was super easy to set up on my M4 Pro Max MacBook Pro (when in clamshell mode) and connected to each of my video conferencing apps automatically. I couldn’t be more satisfied with this purchase.

Great little camera, I'm electronically. Good mic, easy to set up and use. Remember to turn ON tracking. It comes with tracking off. Thought it was broken. No problems, the best webcam I ever owned. Tracks fast for action shots. Blurring for video calls/Zoom if you live in a dumpster like me. Face zoom and picture crystal clear

Incredible webcam! Setup is easy and the magnetic base comes in clutch. It is capable of both horizontal and vertical recording. The AI tracking really steps up the quality of my social media content. It's like having a cameraman who always keeps me in frame. No more constantly checking my screen to see if I'm on screen.

I streamed on Twitch for five years and never thought about investing in a good camera till now. Its almost as good as a mirror less camera. I hear the sensor was made by Sony and has a bigger sensor which is better for low light situations. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants big streamer vibes!

Connects well with the 2024 Mac Mini, controls are easy to maneuver through the app and monitor. Comes with quality cables. The tracking system is quite scary how fast it can keep up with the target.

This webcam has been fire so far. Great features, really good picture quality, and everything works perfectly. Setup was easy and it’s been smooth ever since. Definitely a solid pickup if you want something that just works….

This webcam is very easy to install, just plug and it works right away including the advanced features. No software is required which means that I can use it in the work laptop. Image and quality is great, definitely helpful for podcast and videocast.

So i got this because its compact vs my current setup of an El gato Cam Link 4k and my Sony ZV-E10 in 1080P 60fps. I was hoping to be able to get the same frame rate of 60fps in 1080P because for my type of use the frame rate is very important to me. Unfortunately the insta360 app for the camera has it restricted to 30fps regardless of it being 720P, 1080P and obviously 4K which i knew from the start that in 4k it is stuck at 30Fps. I am pretty disappointed in that and no other software has been working with this camera either so is it still good for what it is, yeah absolutely but just very disappointed in the forced 30fps at 1080P vs being able to do 60fps. Nothing works to change it. And i tried to get in touch with insta360 and i was ignored. So 3 stars is the max im giving this product. Im probably gonna return it since im not really happy with it. Its cool for a desk setup that can track my face etc but again for me specifically and the type of work i do, i need 60fps in 1080P and my Sony ZV-E10 can already do that with the el gato cam link 4K.

The quality is kinda bad compared to my old camera it’s really soft and not crisp as I thought it would be and it’s really disappointing I thought this was going to be my new camera but it’s not it for me

Honestly, this 4K camera is a game-changer for my video calls. The AI tracking is super smooth—it follows me perfectly without feeling jerky, and it handles groups just as easily. My favorite part has to be the hand gestures for zooming; it feels like magic not having to fumble with settings mid-meeting. If you need something for presentations, the whiteboard mode is actually useful and not just a gimmick. Definitely one of the best 4K cams I’ve gotten my hands on.

This thing is amazing. Super easy to use, high quality video and sound and AI trcking feature blows my clients away. Just be mindful of the gestures to turn features on and off. I talk with my hands a lot so camera does all kinds of fun things. Just be sure to turn off auto gesture recognition, Only beef with the unit is you have to have the support software running in the background at all times. A little annoying but not the end f the world

While it’s a bit pricey for everyday use, the pro-level features deliver real value for frequent video work, making me look polished every time.

I switched to the Insta360 Link V2 as my daily webcam and it’s been a noticeable upgrade. The image quality is crisp and clear — way better than my old laptop camera. Colors look natural, and the exposure adjusts quickly even when lighting changes, so I don’t have to constantly fuss with lamps or windows. The mic quality is solid for calls and recordings. You can hear the difference from a basic built-in webcam mic, and I haven’t needed to plug in anything extra for most meetings. Auto-focus and the smart framing features actually work: it keeps me centered without feeling creepy or overdone. Setup was quick — plug-and-play on both Windows and Mac — and the software gives you enough control to tweak brightness, field of view, and tracking options. The tracking can be fun and helpful, but I usually turn it off when I want a static, professional look. It’s more expensive than basic webcams, but you can see where that cost goes: better optics, better sensor, and genuinely usable features that make video calls and recordings look more professional without a lot of effort. If you do a lot of remote meetings, record tutorials, or make content, it’s one of the best webcams I’ve used.
