I’ve been using the Insta360 Link 2 for a six months now, and it has become one of my favorite tools for creating videos and working from my home office. The AI tracking works surprisingly well and keeps me centered as I move around, which makes recording videos feel much more natural. One of my favorite features is the whiteboard mode. It locks onto the whiteboard and keeps it framed while I’m explaining things or moving around. I could see this being especially useful for teaching, tutorials, or virtual meetings. The zoom and 360° rotation also help make the webcam feel much more flexible than a standard webcam. Whether I’m recording content, joining video calls, or showing something on my desk, it adjusts smoothly and makes filming easier. Overall, this is a great webcam for my needs or anyone wanting a more professional-looking setup without complicated controls. I highly recommend it.

This camera has been a life-saver for me. It makes having zoom calls for work so much easier than relying on my built-in computer camera (new Lenovo think pad), which was very blurry. The only issue I have is that sometimes it has a slower reaction time, but it’s a super cute camera that moves with your reactions, I just wish it didn’t have the lag time it sometimes does, but it’s not a deal breaker at all. For the price point, I would recommend.

This Insta360 Link 2 PTZ 4K Webcam is amazing. The video quality is incredible, and the audio is also very clear. I don’t even use an external microphone anymore because the camera’s built-in microphone works so well. The Insta360 app also makes it very easy to adjust the camera and find the best settings. Excellent product and definitely worth 5 stars.

Out of all the items I’ve purchased from Best Buy, this webcam has generated the most amount of excitement. People that I have Zoom or Teams meetings with are very impressed with the video and sound quality, while those that see it on my desk attached to one of monitors comment on its small size and sleek look. It was super easy to set up on my M4 Pro Max MacBook Pro (when in clamshell mode) and connected to each of my video conferencing apps automatically. I couldn’t be more satisfied with this purchase.

I have had no issues with the webcam so far after 4 months of use. The software was simple to navigate and the AI tracking was decent. The only thing I wish was different would be to have been given a longer cable for connecting it to the computer. It’s so small and lightweight I sometimes forget it’s there and the indicator light is so useful for knowing when it’s being used since a large green ring is so noticeable.

This camera was complete night and day from my previous Logitech c920. I use my webcam strictly for live streaming on twitch and my friends have noticed the great difference in fidelity my stream has had with this upgrade.

Great little camera, I'm electronically. Good mic, easy to set up and use. Remember to turn ON tracking. It comes with tracking off. Thought it was broken. No problems, the best webcam I ever owned. Tracks fast for action shots. Blurring for video calls/Zoom if you live in a dumpster like me. Face zoom and picture crystal clear

Connects well with the 2024 Mac Mini, controls are easy to maneuver through the app and monitor. Comes with quality cables. The tracking system is quite scary how fast it can keep up with the target.

[Employee of bestbuy] I streamed on Twitch for five years and never thought about investing in a good camera till now. Its almost as good as a mirror less camera. I hear the sensor was made by Sony and has a bigger sensor which is better for low light situations. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants big streamer vibes!

Incredible webcam! Setup is easy and the magnetic base comes in clutch. It is capable of both horizontal and vertical recording. The AI tracking really steps up the quality of my social media content. It's like having a cameraman who always keeps me in frame. No more constantly checking my screen to see if I'm on screen.

It’s a really good camera the ai tracking is amazing and the fact it has its own app to control the camera and filters is really good and you can control it from your phone too it’s a pretty amazing camera 10/10

So i got this because its compact vs my current setup of an El gato Cam Link 4k and my Sony ZV-E10 in 1080P 60fps. I was hoping to be able to get the same frame rate of 60fps in 1080P because for my type of use the frame rate is very important to me. Unfortunately the insta360 app for the camera has it restricted to 30fps regardless of it being 720P, 1080P and obviously 4K which i knew from the start that in 4k it is stuck at 30Fps. I am pretty disappointed in that and no other software has been working with this camera either so is it still good for what it is, yeah absolutely but just very disappointed in the forced 30fps at 1080P vs being able to do 60fps. Nothing works to change it. And i tried to get in touch with insta360 and i was ignored. So 3 stars is the max im giving this product. Im probably gonna return it since im not really happy with it. Its cool for a desk setup that can track my face etc but again for me specifically and the type of work i do, i need 60fps in 1080P and my Sony ZV-E10 can already do that with the el gato cam link 4K.

This webcam is very easy to install, just plug and it works right away including the advanced features. No software is required which means that I can use it in the work laptop. Image and quality is great, definitely helpful for podcast and videocast.

The quality and the features this camera offers are out of this world! The clarity is absolutely insane.

This webcam has been fire so far. Great features, really good picture quality, and everything works perfectly. Setup was easy and it’s been smooth ever since. Definitely a solid pickup if you want something that just works….
