[Employee of bestbuy] This webcam is the best webcam I ever had. It records in 4K and with its bigger sensor, the lightning condition doesn’t even matter. If you are in a dark room, the Insta360 Pro will still see you, and you will be clear like if there was a light behind the camera. It’s just very clear, and the microphone is awesome. It almost sounds similar to my HyperX. I don’t regret this purchase.

I usually stick to a higher purchase so I can be one and done but I’ve tried another brand that wasn’t cheap, I automatically regret it. A lot of these brands aren’t worth your money. I appreciate the focus & detail of this product. Money well spent

The AI tracking and quality of this camera is amazing. I had used the built in camera from laptop for years prior to this. It is on a different level entirely. Just get it now.

I upgraded to this for my YouTube videos from the regular version and i am way happier with its low light performance and way less grainy than the original.

I use this for work meetings at my home office, but with the set up I can also use it with friends or the occasional Magic / Pokemon card opening. There are a ton of features and takes a bit of setup, but the quality is amazing!

Awesome camera! Really fun to use while streaming with the AI tracking and zoom especially when using with a stream deck.

Use it for my streams, works excellent in low light

After 3 weeks on order from the Cedar Hill, Texas store, Best Buy never delivered the item, claiming it was on back-order but going to the location, getting a refund and after leaving out the store, I ordered from Amazon and received the item the next day. My advice is to not order anything from Best Buy in store, especially any Insta360 products. Product is great, Best Buy in-store ordering is terrible.

Had to return it unfortunately. Camera would not boot up properly. In application picture would not pick up. Also around the cam there was continuous blue light. Tried plugging into a different pc. Same thing camera FROZEN.
