This webcam is the best webcam I ever had. It records in 4K and with its bigger sensor, the lightning condition doesn’t even matter. If you are in a dark room, the Insta360 Pro will still see you, and you will be clear like if there was a light behind the camera. It’s just very clear, and the microphone is awesome. It almost sounds similar to my HyperX. I don’t regret this purchase.

Great Webcam! Great quality worth the price for the smart tracking AI features. I take it with me and it better than my default Apple MacBook Air camera

I upgraded to this for my YouTube videos from the regular version and i am way happier with its low light performance and way less grainy than the original.

After 3 weeks on order from the Cedar Hill, Texas store, Best Buy never delivered the item, claiming it was on back-order but going to the location, getting a refund and after leaving out the store, I ordered from Amazon and received the item the next day. My advice is to not order anything from Best Buy in store, especially any Insta360 products. Product is great, Best Buy in-store ordering is terrible.

Awesome camera! Really fun to use while streaming with the AI tracking and zoom especially when using with a stream deck.

Use it for my streams, works excellent in low light

Had to return it unfortunately. Camera would not boot up properly. In application picture would not pick up. Also around the cam there was continuous blue light. Tried plugging into a different pc. Same thing camera FROZEN.
