Q: Can I use this if I'm already an InstaCart member?

A: Yes, you can use this towards payment of an order you place with Instacart, even if you are an Instacart Express member.

Q: Can this code be used for grocery shopping if you are already a member? Or is it just for the membership?

A: We purchased an Instacart Gift Card from Best Buy and used it to purchase groceries at two different stores through the Instacart App. So yes, you can use it for product, not just a membership fee (which we have never paid on Instacart....)

Q: Do we use the digital code as a promo code in Instacart checkout? I don't see an option like "enter gift card" when checking out in Instacart.

A: It's in the settings area of your account, not checkout

Q: How do I obtain the Instacart redemption code? The Best Buy email only shows its order number which doesn’t work to activate the gift card with Instacart.

A: There was a print button (you don't actually print), that showed the code that you copy and put in the Instacart app. The button should have been called redeem.

Q: How Fast does it deliver to your email?

A: Mine was less than 5 mins after purchase.

Q: How do I download this???

A: you should have received an email that has the link to access.

Q: can i order two (or more) instacart cards as gifts?

A: No it didn't allow to me buy multiple cards, only one per customer
