Geek squad guys were professional, friendly and explained product so two old people could understand. How ever much they are paid, it is not enough. It is hard to hire two amazing people like this, so please make sure that they are compensated enough to reflect their professionalism to your business!!

We finally got Ryan Akins to come and check our surround system The guys that installed it and came again to check on it did not do a good job. Ryan was great and fixed things so that we could hear it.

I understand that coming from Tupelo to Columbus is a big deal, but I thought the trip charge was a bit pricey.

Have not used some features yet. Small leak in corner of dishwasher door. Overall nice looking appliances
