This excellent Instant Pot Pro boasts faster preheating and overall cooking time than standard cooking methods, which translates to less time in the kitchen for me. It cooks so many things. It is an essential for every kitchen. I especially love the steam release switch with a noise-diffusing cover plus easy-grip handles on the inner pot, the large LCD screen and the auto-sealing lid.

I was a little intimidated when I 1st opened this..after the 1st couple uses it's very easy to use..only drawback Is when cleaning u have to always to rubber seals out and clean them as well...its just a little time consuming cleaning...

So we've had this for about a year and a half now, and it has made such a difference in our lives. I know that sounds like a stretch, but our family loves making our own foods and natural products, and this has allowed us to do even more of that. One of the things we can't make enough of in this is Greek yogurt. The process is exceptional with this Instant Pot. Cheesecake is also perfection when making one in this. Another of my family's favorites is pulled pork. And there are so many other recipes that make daily life just easier and more streamlined, that I would highly recommend getting one or more of these for your home. I will also add that this is stainless steel, which is non-toxic. Our crock pots and other slow cookers are not. This was also a big factor in giving this a try.

I absolutely love my Instant Pot! Makes my cooking so much easier, and faster. I highly recommend it.

Besides the usual pressure cooker recipies you can make it works as a large kettle. I wanted to make Cheeseburger soup but not pressure cooked and I didn't have a big enough kettle for my stove top. The Sauté High worked great to boil the potatoes. You don't have to use it for just pressure cooking, it can do many many things.
