Q: What are the interior dimensions of the oven? Will a standard 1/4 sheet baking pan (9.5 x 13) fit?

A: The interior dimensions are 14.5 x 12.5 x 10. The baking rack is 14 1/2 x 12. As far as a 9 x 13 baking pan, that depends upon how wide the handles are. As you know, the handle width varies widely from pan to pan. So, for example, you could put a disposable 9 x 13 aluminum (lasagna) pan with no handles in there with no difficulty. Some pans will fit; some won't.

Q: The picture shows the Omni but the title calls it the Omni Plus. Those are two different models.

A: That picture is the OMNI (not he Plus.) The Plus has preset buttons, a non-stick interior, a proofing function and a slow-cook function. Here's a picture of the Omni Plus for comparison.

Q: What’s the inner size of Omni plus?

A: 14" w X12" D X 6" Tall

Q: Unit is 1800 watts. Can you use this on a 15 amp circuit ?

A: If you have 120V 15 Amp service, 1800 watts is the maximum wattage you can have on that circuit.

Q: How low does the temperature go?

A: 90F when proofing bread dough or dehydrating but it really depends on which function is being used.

Q: is the interior stainless steel if not is it free from dangerous chemicals ?

A: Yes it is Stainless inside. You will get a smell when you first use it because it's new but I suggest just turning it on without anything inside of it. For about 15 minutes.

Q: When baking how do I turn off convection. Seems like I've tried every preset like cake,pizza,potato, bread etc. PLEASE HELP? Thanks

A: I just pressed the convection button and the fan quit blowing.

Q: Does the outside get hot when using?

A: Yes. I haven't touched it but there's a sticher on it saying so, and you can feel heat rising above it. The handle stays cool. It says to leave 5 inches of space on all sides.
