I bought this through Best Buy and have no issues with them or billing. However, when I received the pool and set it up then when I had filled it about 3/4 the way there was a hole in the side. I then had to dump 4000 gallons of water on the ground. I filed a claim with INTEX and they finally approved a new pool liner. (We still had to pay the $ for the water!) We then set up the pool again with the new liner and began filling it up. As it reached about 3/4 again there was a hole in this one too, about 6” away from where the other one was on the first pool liner. I have been trying to contact INTEX, with no luck, to let them know. I did notice that they say these pools have become discontinued. But, that doesn’t fix my pool or replace my $! I did patch the hole on this one as I’d imagine they wouldn’t believe they both had holes. I am very disappointed in this product which surprises me as I’ve bought many INTEX pools through the years and this is the first time I’ve had issues.

We have been very happy with this pool. Kids and adults are able to swim easily. We have been using it quite a bit this year and I can update once we've had it for a year or so. Simple enough to setup just make sure the area is somewhat level before setting up. Good price when it's on sale.

Best investment I have made. Easy to set up. Quick to be ready. Good quality. Beautiful color inside. Enjoying it already this season within a few short days. Arrived early.

The pool is amazing! The only issue I had was with the company that delivered it. They left it at the road still on the pallet and left. I had to roll the box over and over to get it to the house since it was 158 pounds. The pool itself and the experience with best buy, both just the best ever! We will have a great summer with this pool that comes with all the extras.
