Did not realize this was a CD. Had to call for customer service to download onto my computer. Customer service was good but just an extra step that took time. Also wish this was a 2 year subscription included for the price.

I have been using QB for 15 years. It will give you complete control and an excellent overview of your Business. They have a great help section, and superior Tech Support. A community of Bookkeepers to reach out and help you with any questions you may have with a broad range of businesses and Professions.

Worst program I have ever dealt with. I figured that since people have been using Quicken/Quickbooks for years, that if I went with the desktop version, as opposed to the online version, that it would be the most reliable version of the program. Boy, was I wrong! The program started out fine, but after inputting a few customers and sales, almost every time I go to input a new sale, new customer, or even log into my company file, it will freeze and I have to use task manager to close out of the program. There are even times where when I open the program and it asks me to input my password, it won't let me! I have to hit "OK" for it to give me an error, and then it will allow me to. I really hope that the new company that just purchased majority stake in Quickbooks will help get this on track. Otherwise, I am going to have to contact customer service to see if they will somehow let me "upgrade" to the online version. TERRIBLE PROGRAM. I WOULD NOT BUT AGAIN!
