Used Turbo tax in the past, tried the H& R Block Tax program last year, found Turbo Tax to be more user friendly. Best Buy assistant in store gave me some good feedback on several questions I asked prior to making the purchase.

I always prepare my taxes with this software from Intuit, Turbo Tax and save money.

Have been using this software for several years now. Love it because the data from the year before is always linked to the filing for the current year. Maximize your deductions at every turn, fast refund when available, secure and reliable filing year after year.

I've used Turbo Tax for 8 years and will probably continue to use it for many more. I started using it to be able to file online, but there are more benefits than that. I don't have to read the tax codes to find what qualifies as a deduction or as income, or is some of my income not taxable. It's all in the software. Going through all the steps seems tedious but all checks are made but make sure that everything is done right.

I have been using Turbo Tax for four years now. I started using Turbo Tax when my tax return was going to be roughly $600. However, I was doing my taxes at H&R Block and they had the audacity of charging me almost $500 to do my taxes. That same year I went to Best Buy I got my Turbo Tax and did it myself. Turbo Tax walked me through every single step and my return was over $3,000! I am going to use them each year.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have always been happy with its results and ease of use. Electronic filing is a great plus.

I have used TurboTax for years to do my own taxes, with no training or tax experience. I have never once had a problem or questions from the IRS. This deluxe version is perfect for people who have some deductible donations, very little stocks, and/or a low income, no frills self-employment (like lawn mowing, Uber, etc.). I highly recommend using TurboTax.

We have lots of charitable donations - work items - medical bills... This was great. Saved us over $400 rather than going to H&R Block like we normally do and the results were the same as the past few years. It does take a little time and you need to be organized with your records. But for a simple tax return this is the way to go.

This product is excellent, easy to use even if you are not an accountant. I used it to do my taxes and got a refund. I will not use any other product to do my taxes except this one. I trust the calculations and have no fear to be audited for a wrong entry. Excellent price and great product!

When I purchased this product, I failed to read that it only includes the Federal return and NO State return :-( That was my fault. I love the Turbo Tax products and have used them for about 6 years with no complaints. Maybe this year I'll use my refund to buy some glasses B-)

The TurboTax Deluxe 2016 was very easy to use. Simply answer the questions and input the requested information. It provided feedback on whether it was more advantageous to use the standard or detailed deductions.

Very easy to use, you can have it direct you through all deductions or you can manually choose your own. I've been using this product for years and I will continue to use it no problems with it I highly recommend

I have used Turbo Tax for 6 years. Once you use the software, each subsequent year your personal data is carried forward - so you don;t need to re-enter it. This is handy and speeds up tax preparation. This year, I thought I would try the built in e-file option. An error occurred that I could not resolve, forcing me to file by snail mail. No biggee, but a bit annoying.

I've used TurboTax for many years. It's very easy to use and more affordable than hiring someone. It walks you through every step and verifies its accuracy. Wouldn't use any other product!
