For starters, I had to go to the website and download the driver. Then I had to download iTunes. I couldn't use the disk that came in the package. Lastly, I needed speakers.

While it is designed to work with Windows, I found it more difficult than it needs to be. I found it worked best in Linux. Ion does not advertise that. The software needed to use in Linux Mint is free and easy to use.
