I had been on the hunt for the infamous Woozoo fan since hearing the rave reviews in online forums. I purchased it a few days before our scheduled dorm move in, then our home A/C unit died. We put this fan to use before my son even got a chance to use it. While it definitely was not an A/C replacement, it's design helped to circulate air from our other fans more efficiently in a very large room. My son has had it in his dorm for a month or so and has also enjoyed it. He leaves it running pretty much constantly and has not had a problem.

OMG !!!!!! I absolutely love this fan!!! I got it on sale, which is even better… basically have the price of what it would normally be… I was in the store purchasing something else, and I wanted a fan for my master bedroom, plus I wanted one that I could plug into my portable generator since it’s hurricane season in Florida, I’ve been using this fan now for two weeks-I am so in love with this fan-I can’t believe how far it cools you down and how far you feel the fan air-I love the idea of the timer-I love the different speeds-I love the different way it moves-up down all around-and it’s very modern looking-I got it in white-I’m actually buying another one in black-I’m just waiting for it to go on sale-even at the non-sale price-it’s still a wonderful fan-that’s the only reason I bought it because it was on sale-so I can’t buy the other one a full price because I’m spoiled that I bought one on sale already-the only problem I did have-the remote control was missing from the package-I was very disappointed-I did call Best Buy customer service-and said I would keep the fan without the remote control-is there anyway you can give me a discount?-and they told me they can’t do that.-I have to go into the store and speak to the manager-so I went to the store-spoke to the manager-who by the way was very, very nice-they had no more of these fans in the store-he said if they did-he would’ve happily gave me one with a remote—-but they didn’t have one-they actually didn’t have any other ones from this same brand-he said the only thing he can do-is take the fan back-and Credit me-and I could purchase another one online-since I didn’t want to drive to the other Best Buy in the area-I said, can you discount the one I have with no remote-and he said he wasn’t able to do that-so I was a little bit, disappointed in that-but at the same time-the fan still works wonderful-and I didn’t want to be without it because now I need it I love it-and since I paid half price for the fan-I wasn’t gonna worry about a remote-( but in all honesty, a remote would make this fan even better than it is, by having the capability of using a remote, since I have the fan across my bedroom) I don’t understand why I couldn’t get a discount understand I already had that didn’t come with the remote-but like I said, I got it on sale at half price so it is what it is) I’m gonna wait till I have some more rewards saved up, and I’ll purchase another one from the same company with a remote-and I’ll definitely get the five speed one-not that I think I need it since the four speed one is amazing-but it doesn’t hurt having an extra speed-and a remote….——-if you’re looking for a fan.-definitely wait for it to get on sale-and purchase it-I would get one for every room in your house-it’s so amazing and it looks great and it keeps the whole room cool-that I keep my air conditioner 2° lower than normal because of this fan……

The fan is excellent for the $25 price tag. It oscillates well, and it is not too loud. There are several fan modes available as well, allowing you to choose between less noise and less cooling. It can cool my room at night pretty well. There is also a timer for 1, 2, and 4 hours. I'm not sure if it's a buy-it-for-life item but for $25 it really doesn't matter.

These fans are amazing, something I have never claimed about another fan! They have various speeds, and you can set the specific direction you want them to point. For example, the fan can rotate and/or be set in various directions. The fans are also quiet.

Small but mighty, perhaps stronger than my normal sized fan. Oscillation is a bit awkward but fine. Remote is the best part. The base is pretty wide due to its electronics.

I bought this fan for my daughters dorm room after I saw others recommend it. It's small design fit perfectly in her dorm room and provided immediate relief. I caught it on sale, so it was definitely worth the price!

I bought this hoping I'd luck out and get one that didn't turn off when the timer is NOT set. No such luck. Even bought a 2nd one just to see. Same thing. Returned one and only keep the other because it was on sale and a had a store coupon. Definitely not worth full retail. The airflow is decent, it does cool the space. The 360 oscillating doesn't seem to create any better room circulation. The remote seems unnecessary, other than the above mentioned fact that the fan turns off when the timer is NOT set. There are other fans.
