Great product. Company is fairly young but I think they have a lot of potential. I was looking for a quick install camera system at Best Buy and found this whole alarm system with 720p camera for just a little more in price than some systems with only a camera. I wish this product came with a touchpad for the home. I like the convienence of arming and disarming with my phone and remote camera monitoring but a fixed touch pad in my house would be a great addition. Setup was quick and easy under an hour. Siren can't be heard outside my home (110 db) but I was immediatley alerted via text, phone call, and email once the alarm went off during testing and that is exactly what I was looking for. No monthly fees with this setup. Night vision camera is descent indoors. I currently have the camera aimed outside which is good during the day but not so great at night since it must look through a two pane glass window. I plan to add a door sensor to my garage since you can check the status of open or closed anytime through the app on all sensors. I think we'll continue to see more advanced add-ons from this company in the future.

Priduct works great and I have never had a problem with product. Alarm is loud and will wake up house. I love that it calls your cell phone and text messages your phone when the alarm is triggered. Plus, camera works well to check on house!!

We use this in conjunction with an outdoor security camera system. We got it as our 10 year old would be staying home alone for the summer while we were away at work. Gave us piece of mind knowing no outside doors could be opened without us knowing and also we were able to check up on her through the cameras occasionally. It's a pretty basic setup but it gets the job done for a fair price. Recommend getting at least one extra camera for more home coverage. Setup was easy but seemed to have more steps than needed to pair everything and took a moderate amount of time.

It is a good home alarm system but it has some issues. It is losing connection to Internet from time to time, and monitoring fire is not good - it depends on sound of your local fire alarm. However, it is easy to install, it has some nice online features and decent Android app.

Easy to set up and the app works well. Has been working as intended, alarm will trigger when the door sensors seperate and the camera works well for motion, sound, and visual. Only knock is that is goes offline sometimes.

Thought this would be a good option for a stand alone security system, its really just ok. Set up was easy although 2 of the sensors already had nearly dead batteries. The alarm isn't loud enough to even be heard outside of the house. The app functions well and if you are a control freak and want a message every time a door or window is opened, this will send you a notification for every event. I might end up loving the system, but after 2 days installed, I'm not that impressed.

I have owned this system for almost two months and have had zero issues. Set up took less than 45 minutes from "out of the box" to a functional security system. I deliberately set off the system several times to see if the system worked as advertised. After a few seconds, I received a phone call and push notifications to alert me my system had been activated. The system works as advertised and is incredibly easy to use. The mobile app is very intuitive and was up in moments using my IPhone . One small issue I have encountered with the product and it is not a complaint but more of a suggestion for future releases of the product: increase the decibel level on the siren when the system is activated. It will also be helpful if a chime occurs when a door is closed, not only when it is opened. That is the one feature I miss from my former security system. Overall I cannot be more satisfied with this product.

iSmart is very easy to use and so far connectivity has been great for both of our smartphones and iPads. Settings take place in just a couple seconds and alerts options are good. We monitor the doors all day and can set the alarm for guests even when we are out, away from home. The siren could be a bit louder but we are getting a second siren for the bedroom since the main one is too far away to hear. Very glad we got the system though.

I really like the iSmartAlarm but there are definitely improvements to be made. I love that the spot camera can detect motion and sound and send notifications based on that. I have not yet tested the ability to listen for smoke or carbon monoxide detector alarms. I had to mount my motion detectors upside down to avoid being triggered by my 25 pound dog, but it works fine now. The one thing that I cannot believe is not included is a arm/disarm keypad, which apparently they're coming out with this summer.

This is a good alarm for very minimum monitoring. Siren is not very loud. Getting the alarm to work was a 2 week process with their customer service. The camera is probably the best feature in this. Motion detection picked up my cat so my alarm was always going off even though I had it installed 6 1/2 feet off the ground. Door censors are a nice feature though.

Installation and setup was extremely easy. We had the system up and running in about 90 minutes start to finish. The spot cameras work well but a pan, tilt, and zoom camera as standard equipment would be better. The USB power cable could be longer. Contact and motion sensor setup was extremely simple. The cameras can only be viewed one at a time. It would be nice to be able to put all the camera video feeds on one screen.

If you would like piece of mind and your own home security system without the hassle and expense of a security service, then this is your best bet. I trust CNET's reviews and if they stand behind this, then so can I. The wife and I picked up the last box available from our local Best Buy and installed every component with ease. The most time taken was adjusting the camera location to view the most of our home interior. We have an open floor plan so that aspect helped a great deal. I have also pre-ordered the optional keypad and key fobs to arm and disarm the system without the app. You can customize the sensitivity of the sensors and camera recording options via the app and YOU WILL NEED TO. If you get frustrated with the constant notifications or calls/emails, just adjust the app settings. It will take about a week to figure out your configuration especially if you have a barking dog at home during the day while you are at work. Otherwise we love it! The door chimes are especially nice if you have a child. This will alert you if they have opened a door with a sensor attached. I don't know why I didn't pick this up sooner!!!!!!!

I wanted money on a DIY X10 home security system that I couldn't get to work after 2 months of trying. This system I had fully up and running. And installed in 1 hour! I love how I can control everything from the iPhone and that I can put unlimited devices on it. Only downside is it requires Internet and electrical to run. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!

We have been using this system for a few months now and it's pretty good. There are times when the camera freezes but most of the time it works. I love the part that it calls me if the alarm is triggered

I ended up buying an extra camera for the system just because I need one for the front and rear of the house ,the system works flawlessly and the app is super easy to use and set up was pretty straight forward. Have had this for months now no issues.

The primary reason I wanted this was so if I was at home I would be aware if a break-in occurred. The alarm isn't loud enough to notify the neighbors but everyone in the house knows. This is also very useful for checking to see if a door is open before leaving, or when someone came home. There have been some glitches and if internet isn't reliable the alarm system goes down. Have had to reset the alarm multiple times due to internet issues.

Setup was easy except for the area sensor. It has yet to be paired to the system. I did call tech support and they were very helpful when I needed assistance with the camera. Turned out that the power cord was defective and a replacement was sent right away. Overall happy with the system.
