The seller canceled my order the same day it was placed without any notice. Tracking showed “shipment canceled,” and the seller never replied to multiple messages. Only part of my payment was refunded, and I had to spend over an hour with Best Buy Support to get my reward points restored. Completely unresponsive and unprofessional. Avoid this seller.
