Unit arrived broken from BestBuy

The unit arrived with a broken internal part that is needed for proper operation. This was due to rough handling. I recommend the unit if it arrives unbroken from BestBuy.

This item was sold as an air purifier. Upon receiving the item there was a warning in the package never to use in the house while animals or people are present. It is completely unusable and I paid over $260 for something that they will not accept a return on. It is brand new in the box and has never been used.
