It doesn't work for loading pictures to my Mac laptop. Will be returning after explaining to customer service exactly what I needed the product for.

Hello Sportsmom, the JTCX01 is used for adding an extra display for a Mac. If you are looking into transferring files, we have the JUC400, JUC500, JUC700. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to assist you. Respectfully, j5create.
