I bought this Item with the goal of using two screens with one desktop, but only for a 3months.. afterwards the cable never transmitted the image anymore from the desktop to the monitor. I have to wiggle wiggle it around the monitor HDMI port in order to find a good position long for it to work, it’s a pain. But good when it decides to work. That’s too expensive of a cable to not work for its purpose

I bought this HDMI to DisplayPort cable to connect my laptop to an external monitor, and it has performed flawlessly. This cable fixed an issue that I was having with converting from display port to an hdmi. Pc had the DP and the monitor had the hdmi. This cable is not uni-directional, so make sure it is the proper configuration before you buy. The problem I had is that I had bought a different cable for this same application, but it would not send the signal to the monitor. So I say all of that to say, I bought this cable because it had a higher res rate and was 4k. It worked, plug and play, I plugged it in and it fixed the issue. So If your pc has a decent graphics card, and your monitor only has an hdmi, then buy this cable. It works.

Great display cable from display port on the graphics card to the HDMI port on the monitor. I did get 4096 x 2160 from it, however it is only 30fps. Just plug and go. I think it is too expensive for just a cable though.

It is a thick, high-quality cable. The picture was great. The only complaint is it lasted only 20 months, and now it is twice the cost of when I originally purchased it.
